Our room had a smell of water damage. Very musty. Very disappointed in this Marriott property. All entry ways and doors were filthy. Food workers were more worried about closing up at 8:30 than providing hospitality services until 9:00 AM. Never will we stay here again.

Definitely in a less desirable area. Hotel is clearly dated. However despite being dated, does have everything one wants from a long stay property. AC was a plus with how strong fan on unit was.

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure and breakfast were horrible (I passed). The shampoo dispenser was also empty. I heard customers complain that their in-room coffee packs were not replenished the following day.

Note to management: If you are going to attract long-term occupants, I recommend improving the breakfast.

Appart hôtel situé à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture du quartier français. Propre, spacieux, cuisine équipée, grand écran, piscine, petit déjeuner salé, (omelette, bacon, petits pains style bouchée à la reine), sucré, (waffles, céréales, muffins,). Si j'ai un petit reproche, c'est l'eau de la douche, pas assez chaude à mon goût. Sinon un point de chute quasi parfait.

Roaches, sinks and bathtub drain extremely slowly, coffee station didn't have cardboard cup insulators, and the repairs done in this room look awful. I would've asked for a different room if I wouldn't have settled in so late.

The hotel and room was decent for which we needed, which was sleep and shower while we visited New Orleans. Room seemed well cleaned but starting to look out dated and in need of touch ups. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast lady was my biggest disappointment. Always with a flat affect face. No emotions and constantly picking up the dining room way too early. If breakfast was until 09:30 why is she In such a hurry to pick up. Mind you it would be 08:30-0845 when she was picking up frantically. Very annoying. Waffle maker wasn’t working. Dinning room was always full and crowded. Never coffee in the coffee tanks. The list goes on. Could do better

Thank you Ashley! Just had a genuinely great experience despite encountering some super annoying issues that easily could’ve soured my stay. But thanks to Ashley at the front desk I got my room and excellent service to go with it. Room is clean and seems nice but this review is really about the customer service. This person deserves a raise!!
ALSO- please add a non dairy milk option to the breakfast buffet!! This would be huge for people with dairy allergies, lactose intolerance, vegans, and/or just preference!

Our Experience was short but very pleasant. We were going home and decided to book a room for the night, unfortunately in one of our gas stops we selected the wrong address and went to the wrong hotel, it was almost 2 hours away. The Hotel was booked, however Reene the receptionist was our savior and was able to locate a room for us. We were able to stay for the night and went our way the next day all fresh a rested.

If you book a sofa bed, good luck! We asked both the Front Desk and Maintenance and they said that's how it comes, no pad or additional mattress.

I was told by family member that slept on it that the bare floor was likely softer.

It is very clean. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room itself is almost like a minni apartment, which I like. It even come equipped with its own stove microwave and utensils. They also brought us welcome gifts which was very sweet! The tv is very nice and is able to move around. The bed is also soft and clean. All in all it was a good stay and if you are thinking of booking make this your choice

This hotel is fine for a place to sleep. However, misses the mark when it comes to what is expected as a Marriott property. From walking in the front door it seems like the location has security issues (front door opens to a foyer that is strangely oriented to the front desk), but no biggie. Staff is super friendly, but floor access is stra
ngely far away from the lobby. House keeping was great, left an appreciated note and snacks in fridge, but blood stains on bedding was a slight off-putting.
Overall not somewhere I would recommend or will stay again.

Roach motel!
It literally stunk!
After waking up with eyes swollen, I checked the air filter AND over 1/2" of dust...so much when Will changed it, parts of dirt bunnies were falling off!
Gave it a 2nd day and a roach flew by me while I was watching tv.

Old hotel that needs some TLC as it is starting to look and feel kind of nasty...right down to the smell of weed permeating the hallways, leaking toilet, a cricket and a roach in my room. When I asked the front desk agent about the smell of weed she didn't seem surprised at all and said it has been a problem. I asked if there were many people that stayed a while and she said they have a whole bunch of folks that stay for weeks and months basically living at the hotel. Not a place I would recommend or ever go out of my way to stay at even if every playsauce was booked. Truly surprised that Marriott has no issues with this place.

Lots of construction going on in the area and lobby looked a little suspicious but room was AMAZING. Loved my first stay so much I booked again on next trip! Kitchen actually has usable items to cook meals or eat food.

Great hotel! Stayed there during Christmas time with my son! Ashley was very kind and helpful! If you are traveling with kids, this location is more attractive as it has fewer SOs.
