Estuvimos en el Hotel a principios de abril y por overbooking nos cambiaron de Hotel al Palace. Si bien era un upgrade ya que entraban más servicios del contrado. El hacer un upgrade siempre debería haberse hecho en el mismo hotel. Iba con mi pareja y dos niños, y 18 familiares. Y nosotros eramos los unicos alojados en el Palace y eso implicaba que para estar con nuestros familiares tengamos que caminar a diario para ir a la playa en comun 20min.

En recepción no me gusto el trato de dos personas que ya refleje en una queja formal.

La posibilidad de hacer snorquel en la misma playa alojados fue un sueño. Peces por todos lados.

El servicio de SUP y kayak, se me quedó corto al ser la reserva de 30min

Probamos varios restaurantes y sin duda el mejor de todos fue el Viva Café, era espectacular. Atención, carta, productos. Un 10. Mejor que algunos restaurantes con Estrellas Michelín.
El Buffet La Terraza el mejor con vistas hermosas.

Poder ver el atardecer desde al lado del Buffet La Roca fue increíble.

Y sin duda volvería a contratar el servicio de fotografía, para llevarme un buen recuerdo.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Unterhaltung.
Tolle Ausflüge die man direkt oder auch außerhalb buchen kann.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Playa excelente, es lo mejor que tienen.
Habitaciones bungaloo linda y buen servicio de limpieza.
Bar, nivel bajo comparado con del hotel, los tragos son de mala calidad, con suerte hacen uno o dos que son ricos, el resto pésimo. La barra de jugos y batidos si es buena.
Los show de entretenimiento están muy bien.
Atención del personal es variable, algunos muy bien y otros apáticos, ni saludan, falta trabajo ahí.
La parte deportiva de kayak entre otros no te explican nada, como es la técnica, recomendaciones, como hacer para pedir ayuda, nada, pésimo servicio.
La comida en los restaurantes de reserva está muy bien, el buffet del beach es intermedio, para el hotel el nivel queda bajo. El del palace es claramente superior y mejor atención.
La pasarela con los gatos sueltos está linda.

Good:
- some of the staff is great
- plenty of food and options, and the breakfast is pretty good
- palms provide shade on beach
- coffee was delicious

Bad:
- Beach has lots of rocks in the water and multiple people in our party cut and injured their feet. Would recommend bringing water shoes.
- not very English friendly, most activities are completely in Spanish (with only very basic English) and most of the staff don't know English. Most of us honestly felt we were treated worse than the the guests that spoke Spanish or Italian. The exception of the staff at the bars, they were always friendly and nice, even the once that didn't speak English well.
- Food is not great, often meat was undercooked and multiple people in our party got food poisoning. A lot of us would get unusualy tired after eating.
- Service is pretty terrible, we booked a king size bed got a double room instead. Which is fine in itself, but how we were treated to change the room was not. Never any apologies, only an attitude that we were bothering them. Two days in a row we were told to come at 10 am, and then 3 pm to reception to be shown rooms that were absolutely terrible. They were facing a barbed wire wall, had no balcony and one of them was next to a loud restaurant. We were told this process was there due to limited availability. We booked this resort 6 months in advance, there was 13 people in our party, spent around 30 000 Cad in total, there really isn't an excuse for them not having a room ready for us, and especially for the treatment we recieved. There was one girl at guest services, Macarena who helped us book restaurants, and after my experiences with reception didn't even want to mention the room situation, but sister in law insisted. When she heard what happened she cared and treated us with respect. She sent an email saying we might get compensation in some other way and to await a response from them. We were hoping they would try to make it right in some way and they just had the perfect opportunity to do so, but nothing. Only a message to the sister in law, in Italian asking her to come reception only to be told after an hour conversation that the message was intentented for a different room. Again, without any apologies for the inconvenience.
- some of the staff at the place to get beach towels were not only extremely rude but also disrespectful to women. My fiancé went get towels exchanged and explained the guy working there kept trying to flirt with her and made her very uncomfortable. I made it habit to go after that and one time took our 13 year old niece with us. I was standing a bit behind and one of the guys working there was looking at the niece in a very disturbing and lustful way. I had to get in between her and him and and gave him a stern look after which he looked away.
- unless you speak Italian or Spanish, and don't mind food poisoning and for the staff to make your children feel unsafe avoid this resort like the plague.

Beach is beautiful, water is clear, and the layout of the hotel is very nice. Everything else is below average. They do have great coffee. Staff friendliness varies by a person. You will have some staff that are very friendly and pleasure to be around, and then you have some that are plainly rude ( stay away from water sports place those employees are ready to throw hands, lol). This is the first resort that I stayed at that has an EMPTY mini fridge in the room. If you are unfortunate, you might get a room in a boarded up building in the back like me. They changed the room the next day after my travel agent contacted them. If you don't like your room, don't bother changing they are all the same.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso il Viva Dominicus Beach e non posso fare altro che esprimere la mia entusiasmante esperienza.

Innanzitutto, la posizione del resort è semplicemente meravigliosa. Situato proprio di fronte alle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare cristallino.

Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e sempre impeccabilmente pulite. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione, garantendo un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Le spiagge sono sempre in ordine e ben tenute. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca una pausa dallo stress quotidiano.

Il personale del resort è eccezionale. Sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Si fa davvero sentire come a casa.

I ristoranti offrono un'ampia varietà di piatti deliziosi e di alta qualità. Ogni pasto è un'esperienza culinaria da ricordare.

L'animazione presente nel resort è coinvolgente e discreta. Gli animatori sono professionisti che sanno come intrattenere gli ospiti senza mai essere invadenti. Ci sono attività per tutte le età e i gusti, garantendo divertimento per tutti.

In conclusione, il Viva Dominicus Beach è un vero paradiso. La sua posizione, le camere, le spiagge, il personale, i ristoranti e l'animazione lo rendono una scelta eccellente per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Ho avuto il piacere di affidarmi all'Agenzia Mariposa per organizzare due escursioni durante la mia vacanza: Saona e Safari Experience. Devo dire che entrambe sono state fenomenali.

Sin dall'inizio, ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la professionalità di Gabriele, il quale ci ha assistito anche prima del nostro arrivo in Repubblica Dominicana. Abbiamo prenotato direttamente dall'Italia e, una volta arrivati al resort Viva Dominicus Beach, Gabriele è venuto personalmente a incontrarci. Ci siamo recati nel loro ufficio, che si trova a soli due minuti a piedi, e abbiamo saldato tutto in anticipo. Questo ci ha permesso di risparmiare tempo prezioso il giorno dell'escursione.

L'escursione a Saona è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Siamo partiti presto al mattino per essere i primi ad arrivare sull'isola e godere della spiaggia senza altre barche intorno. Abbiamo anche avuto l'opportunità di visitare il villaggio dei pescatori e abbiamo pranzato lì. La visita alla Playa de Toro è stata mozzafiato, con uno scenario davvero spettacolare.

La Safari Experience è stata altrettanto emozionante. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di esplorare l'entroterra e visitare una fabbrica di sigari artigianali, una scuola e un favoloso ranch dove abbiamo pranzato immersi nella natura. La traghettata di due ore sul fiume Chavon con balli e rum è stata un'esperienza unica.

Devo sottolineare la professionalità e la cordialità di Gabriele e di tutto il suo staff. Sono stati sempre disponibili a rispondere alle nostre domande e a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Non posso che consigliare caldamente l'Agenzia Mariposa a chiunque voglia vivere esperienze autentiche e ben organizzate durante la propria vacanza in Repubblica Dominicana.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Viva. Anfangs war ich etwas verunsichert aufgrund der negativen Kommentare hier aber es stellte sich das Gegenteil heraus???? Der Strand ist ein Traum. Die Atmosphäre auch. Man fühlt sich einfach wie in einer anderen Welt! Die Mitarbeiter egal ob an der Bar, im Restaurant oder im Zimmer sind so super freundlich und gut gelaunt, dass es ansteckend ist. Wir können uns keinen schöneren Urlaub mehr vorstellen. Keine Ahnung was die anderen Leute, die es ja anscheinend so schrecklich fanden gewohnt sind, aber wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Danke????????

Majority of staff do not speak English, it was hard to communicate when you had an issue. Older but clean resort. Fabulous beach.

Estamos hospedados en el hotel en este momento. Somos una pareja con un niño de 1 año y estoy embarazada.
No puede ser PEOR el servicio ofrecido en absolutamente todos los sentidos. Es pésima la disposición del personal, no tienen servicio al cliente, son muy poco amables para ofrecer ayuda o simplemente escuchar un reclamo siempre desde el respeto.
Las habitaciones son sumamente básicas, pero confortables. Al menos funciona el aire acondicionado. Nos dieron una habitación en el 4 piso por escalera, jamás nos ofrecieron ayuda ni una sugerencia para cambiarla. Para que limpien la habitación, hay que llamar por lo menos unas 3 veces por día. Son las 4 de la tarde y aún está sucia.
La mayoría de los restaurantes para ir a cenar son pagos, salvo el buffet que la comida es tremendamente sencilla y poco gustosa. No hay nada de merienda durante la tarde para nuestros hijos. Hay que llevar un tupper al desayuno para guardarles lara la tarde. IMPRESENTABLE ESTO.
En términos generales, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Son tremendamente estafadores, ya que no son lo que venden.

Hotel położony rewelacyjnie, przy pięknej plaży w gaju palmowym. Bungalowy z pięknym widokiem na morze karaibskie. Szeroka oferta animacyjna, dużo leżaków. Podsumowując ogólny standard, obsługę, wyżywienie i podejście do gości - hotel jest typowym 3 gwiazdkowym średniakiem, nastawionym na masówkę. Jego ocenę mocno poprawia lokalizacja.

Spiaggia sono bellissimi , vicino alla cittadina bayaibe , spiaggia e acqua strepitosa . L unica pecca la pulizia del bar veramente non passabile , odore di marcio nei bicchieri che vengono addirittura raccolti con un secchio sporco e inguardabile , cibo molto
Ripetitivo .

Lo justo sería “te terminas acostumbrando” … • No reponen comida y la que hay está fría cuando algunas deberían estar calientes (pastas con salsa, carnes, etc)
• Tenes que estar constantemente pidiendo cubiertos
• Se termina la comida Y NO REPONEN
• En el desayuno tenes que estar adivinando dónde está el café, leche y/o agua caliente
• CASI NULA presencia de variedad de fiambres (embutidos) en almuerzo y cena
• Debajo de las camas al tercer día se encontró una prenda femenina y paquetes de cigarrillos con los mismos usados adentro, así que muy bien no limpian.

Las playas hermosas y las instalaciones también, pero no volvería por nada en el
Mundo

Actualmente me encuentro en el hotel. Pésimo servicio y atención del personal.
1. Llegamos y nos dieron otra habitación a la elegida. Somos 2 amigas y nos dieron una cama, tuvimos que reclamar, a lo cual respondieron que nosotras no le avisamos que eran 2 camas, ( siendo que ya habíamos reservado)
Al siguiente día, previo a reclamar, nos dieron la habitación, la cual es confortable. Básica pero linda. No tenía toallas, tuvimos que volver a reclamar, no funcionaba la caja fuerte. Y el maletero nunca recogió nuestras maletas, nosotrass mismas hicimos el cambio.
2. Muy mala disposición del personal, para todo, servicio de limpieza deficiente. De 10 empleados solo 3 te atienden con amabilidad.( bar bravo fue excelente)
3. No funciona el libro de reclamo y sugerencias, parece apropósito.
4. Comida rica pero básica. No parece un hotel all inclusive, parece un hostel.
5. No es un hotel 4 estrellas ni 3. Con suerte llega a 1.

No volvería a elegir y no lo recomendaré a nadie. Muy maleducados.
Si vienen a Bayahibe hay que elegir cadenas más conocidas y con mejor nivel real.

Complexe de grande taille au bord d'une plage superbe et très bien entretenue ! Le personnel est agréable, grand choix de cocktails dans la formule tout inclus, plusieurs restaurants disponibles (dont certains avec réservation). J'ai particulièrement aimé la pizzeria et le restaurant à la carte "La Roca". Privilégier les chambres supérieures ou les bungalows pour avoir plus d'espace. Animation internationale (les français ne sont pas la clientèle majoritaire du complexe).Hôtel très agréable pour une semaine de repos (et pour un choix d'activités sportives)à un bon rapport qualité/prix !
