The MGI Africa rgeional conference was organised over 2 days at the hotel. The banquet staff were amazing! The meeting room was set up beautifully and the staff was so accomodating to our requests. A special shout out to Rachalle the banquet manager. She was so efficient and helpful from setting up the banners to even IT/tech issues. She was brilliant because we did not need to deal with different people or departments. She did it all herself.

The location of the hotel is really cool to be in the center of the city .. The rooms are well furnished and cozy .. staff are friendly and cooperative specially Ms. Saira which was very helpful and supportive for everything needed .. the only thing i think it needs to be improved is to increase the breakfast option .. rather than that things are awesome …
