We stayed at this hotel from the 5th to the 14th September 2023, that wasnt really a Holiday in Room number 215 and our neighbours downstais in 115 also had the same Problem plus some other Guests with No Hot Water ?? I Complained at Reception but they dont want to move us because they said there is no other rooms Available because the Hotel is Fully Booke, but according to me it was Not ! For 5 days we had No Hot Water and had to Shower and Shave in Cold Water ? After Complaining a lot Everyday and after 5 days Sat the 9th Sept they moved us to another room that that Got Hot Water ! We were happy to get another Room but what Bothers me was, we were sitting at the Pool that evening and we saw that there was light shining in our Old Room 215 ! I Stood up and walk to our Old Room and Discover that the Hotel had Booked in Other Guests in our Old Room with No Hot Water that is Unacceptable ! So what the Hotel are doiing is They Rotating the Guests ! A lot of other Guests Also Complained at other rooms that they had No Hot Water ! Now to Me this Type of Practise for a Hotel is Unacceptable ! This for a 4 Star Hotel ??? We Only had 4 Days Hot Water outof our 10 days stay ! We only had Hot Water in our New Room number 103 for 4 days ? Afterwards on the day before we left one of the Personel told me that they have problems with the Solar System on the Roof, IT IS Old and it needs to be Replaced ! How can they run a Hotel like this ? Also the Swimming POOL WAS DIRTY AND GREEN on the 13th September ! Another thing is "There is NO SEGA DANCE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL for the Guests ???" !!
I have sent a Complaint Letter to the Hotel Group Timesyn, but Managent Dont even Answer Us back ! WE WON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN !!, WE'VE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, AND DID NOT HAVE A NICE VACATION !! Think twice Staying at this Hotel !

Booked here as the location was excellent and allowed us to be flexible with our travel plans/touring. The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in Mauritius ???????? Troux Aux Biches beach is across the road whilst Mount Choisy beach and Grand Baie are a few minutes away by either bus or car ????.

Please note the below and prepare accordingly with your luggage if the room assigned to you is not on ground level????????:

As our rooms were on the 1st floor, the staff member Sahil assisted us with 1 bag but took a roundabout trip up and down stairs that didn’t have any level walkway or flat surface to pull luggage bags ????. This meant both my wife and I carrying our heavy luggage bags up and down stairs ????????I had to assist her and was very disappointed that no consideration was given by the hotel as to how guests are expected to carry luggage bags if you were assigned rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors (guests on the ground floor had easy access wigh walkways that allowed them to just pull their luggage easily).
To add to this, there really was no staff to assist and the same thing happened on checkout - which was disappointing. The walkways behind the hotel also were just footsteps and didn’t have a smooth walkway for bags, likewise with the big stairs that we found out later in our trip. Absolutely not guest friendly.

Devika was an absolute star ⭐️ She could speak English and advised us on the bus routes, restaurants etc. she always gave us wonderful service. Sahil, as we discovered later in the trip, didn’t understand much English and that was concerning as there are just as much English guests as there are French speaking guests. He often didn’t understand our minor complaints and we had to wait a lot for someone who could speak English to assist us ????‍♂️however he was helpful and tried his best ????

The rooms were pretty decent and served it’s purpose. We literally used it to sleep and get ready for our adventures. It had cutlery and a stove/fridge etc. so quite handy for people who wanted to self cater. The bathroom could do with an upgrade tho but it was neat. Was just disappointed with the hot water system as they used solar. On a few occasions, there was no hot water and the only solution they could provide was giving you another room to shower (didn’t take that up as it’s bothersome to uproot your belongings and use another room on the other side of the hotel). They really need to come with better solutions. What made it worse is that even though it was the Mauritian winter and it is hot. The evenings and water can get cold and it is not ideal to have a cold shower.

The property itself was well maintained and the pool and loungers were really nice. The restaurant was very pricey and it was often better to experience the restaurants around the area for variety and value. The guests are generally well behaved and the hotel ground/pool area has a nice ambiance. Very lovely for relaxing ????

Once again, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind spending a few nights here before moving to a proper resort. However if the above minor things mentioned can be addressed. It would make this apart hotel more appealing and offer really great value for money.

Un petit hôtel idéalement situé par rapport à la plage, aux transports en commun et aux commodités. Le personnel est très agréable. La nourriture est bonne. Notre chambre était un peu défraîchie mais rien de grave. On recommande ????

Nie mogę dodać opinii na bookingu, bo jesteśmy jeszcze na miejscu a nie mamy już możliwości zmiany hotelu.
Hotel nie wiem jakim cudem ma 3 gwiazdki, jest to nasz 3 na wyspie i najgorszy. Śniadania bardzo ograniczone, brak owoców, jak donoszą to po 1 talerzu np ananasa a po 5 min już go nie ma. Kawy nigdy gorszej nie piłam, nie ma nawet ekspresu tylko jest nalewana z dzbanków. Pieczywa tylko jeden rodzaj zwykły przenny, nie ma nawet pełnoziarnistego. Z warzyw tylko ogórek i kapusta, nie ma co liczyć nawet na pomidora czy sałatę. Moja jedyna prośba przy rezerwacji hotelu było mleko migdałowe, z uwagi na alergie - wypisałam to nawet przy zameldowaniu bo mieli rubrykę z alergiami pokarmowymi. Ta prośba nie została nawet spełniona.
Przy zameldowaniu bylismy wcześniej, żeby zostawić bagaż i jechaliśmy na wycieczkę. Pan na recepcji powiedział, ze jak wrócimy pokój będzie gotowy a walizki będą już w nim czekały. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło, pomogła nam tylko pani z recepcji żeby zabrać jedna mała walizkę.
Wifi działa jedynie na basenie, nie ma co liczyć ze zadziała w pokoju.
Cena rezerwacji hotelu zbyt wysoka na jakoś jaka tutaj panuje, oraz w odniesieniu do innych hoteli.
Jedyny plus tego hotelu to bliskość do plazy. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, nasz przez młodziutką Panią z aparatem na zębach, przemiła osoba, której dziękujemy, pokój lśni za każdym razem ☀️
