Protégée par un fouillis de plantes vertes en pots, c'est une trattoria pur jus, avec ses vieux canapés comme chez la mamma, une télé connectée aux chaînes italiennes, une sempiternelle odeur de pâtes et de pizzas... Les plats se choisissent à la carte ou à l'ardoise, le service est (parfois) lent, mais gentil, quelques tables font les belles de nuit sur un deck en bois et ça ripaille dans une ambiance bavarde et bon enfant. Pas forcément le meilleur resto italien du secteur, mais fait très bien l'affaire quand la Botteghita, la Voglia Matta ou 1974 sont pleins.

And the Tiramisu is one of the best on the island - not overly sweet like so many other places.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Mention spéciale pour les cocktails.
1. I ordered a ( I forgot the name) but basically a smoked marlin & blue cheese tagliatelle. While the sauce and the homemade pasta were excellent, I could not find pieces of smoked marlin. We were 4 to look for it, and couldn’t find it. I asked the waiter to check and the cook came back and was kind of really mad that I told him I couldn’t find any smoked marlin in my dish. I didn’t like the way he spoke to me, he was very rude. I am a customer and you should value my opinion. He did come back and added more smoked marlin to my dish, but the damage was done.
2. Another waiter (a lady) came twice to ask us if we were done when our plates were still full. Only one of us had eaten his food. It felt like we were being chased and mind you it was only 9pm.
3. While their cat is an absolutely cutie, my friend is scared of cats. We asked the waiter if he could maybe keep his cat away from us cause clearly my friend was very uncomfortable. But to no avail.
Overall the dishes that my friends ordered were good but the service was one of the worst we’ve had.
Headed to Botteghita afterwards to forget what had happened and had the nicest time there. Even got free shots!
