I went to other MCB branches where the stupid requirements of this one, was not neccesarry to complete and the service was better, faster and staff much more helpful.
MCB Cascavelle simply offers the worst, time-consuming service of ANY bank in EMEA. MCB should shutdown this poorly operated Cascavelle branch. I guess it's a different experience, if one are a VIP client.
I've been a Client of MCB since 2008, I have always dreaded going there, for the must need physical banking, impossible to book for this, as no one knows 3 weeks in advance that they need to go there. So minimum time at this branch per client is measured in hours not minutes. Terrible experience everytime I have to go.
Miniso , coffee shop , telecom shop available inside. Nearby building we have KFC .
Cascavelle est impeccable et hyper utile, doté de grandes enseignes.C'est un super endroit pour passer du bon temps en famille ou même entre amis.
De plus l'emplacement est top.

I see they will be doing a revamp by 2025 so I'm am looking forward to what it will offer hopefully a little more parking as well.
Endroit propre, divers magasins de vêtements, bijoux…etc
Une partie restauration avec divers fast food, un espace jeux pour enfant.
L'accès est très facile
Et aussi un magasin Emtel où on peut acheter facilement une carte sim pour les touristes. À 15 euros pour 200 Go, pour 1 mois. Le vendeur de Emtel était très sympa.
4/5 as it lacks a cinema hall to make it complete and for west region it could have been a good idea.

Balanced selection of shops and services with a great food offering.
Well maintained and clean. Good parking, but it can get full at peak times.
Lots of expansion is happening during 2024/2025, which will make it even bigger and better, but there is lots of additional parking coming as well.
It's probably the best mall on the West Coast already, even before the upgrades
