Dîner dans une galerie d’art est un moment de plaisir rare que vous offrent vos hôtes avec Jocelyn très en verve et sa douce femme Patricia La cuisine reste en retrait et les vins à des coefficients de vente trop élevés même si bien choisis.

A bill of 530 € for 4 people (see picture) for a dinner whose quality is comparable to caterer-prepared dishes at a bad wedding party ...

The owner tries to impress you with his culinary and cultural references, but the only exceptional thing about our evening at Café des Arts was the price of the bill ...

Believe the negative reviews about this restaurant and avoid a bad experience during your holiday on this beautiful island!

It's not a restaurant, it's not a gallery.
The dinner at Jocelyn and Patricia is a real sensorial experience.
Totally unexpected, a mix of art, stories, excellent food, great wines and liquors.
The perfect last dinner before leaving Mauritius.

Le café des Art est avant tout une ambiance qui tient beaucoup à son propriétaire. La cuisine est bonne mais n’a rien d’exceptionnel et les prix quelques peu surfaits. Cela reste toutefois une expérience agréable.

All of the hosts, especially Patricia treated us like family. Very generous and engaging folks. The food was amazing and I don’t know anywhere else that will match the experience of Cafe des Arts.

I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Mauritius. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining at Café des Arts a few days ago, and it was truly one of the finest dining experiences I've ever encountered. From the gracious welcome by Jocelyn, the owner, to the exceptional service and the outstanding cuisine, every aspect was absolutely perfect. ???? I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. The meticulous attention to detail and the stunning decor left me utterly speechless!

What an experience. Café des arts is a MUST. We had such a lovely evening! The food is 10/10 and the service is wonderful. It is not simply having dinner. :)

Den Schildern und Maps folgend hatten wir uns das als Ausflugsziel gesetzt. War sehr schwierig zu finden, alles was man zunächst sieht ist ein wirklich sehr riesiger Banyantree . Auf einer Wiese. Fährt man um /unter den Baum herum, öffnet sich die Sicht auf die alte Anlage, die jetzt eine Kultur und Eventlocation, bzw ein Restaurant der gehobenen Art ist. Wirklich sehr schön anzusehen, Altes Haus, Wiese, Baum, ein paar historische Artefakte, ein geschickt integrierter Pool.
War halt geschlossen, weil ausserhalb der Veranstaltung oder abendlichen Restaurantöffnung halt leider zu ist. ‚Café‘ suggeriert halt etwas anderes. Leider hatten wir nicht auf die Öffnungszeiten geschaut

Wat een bijzondere plek, belevenis en eten. De eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en netjes, ook naar hun personeel (dat zie ik op andere plekken hier wel anders). Wat hebben we een geweldige avond gehad.

We spent an evening at cafe des arts tonight, it was perfect. The owners are very friendly, the food was excellent. We enjoyed the evening alot and we will definitely come back :) Highly recommended!
