Un accueil fabuleux, une situation intéressante sur l’île, un confort exemplaire avec wifi rapide et eau courante à discrétion dans chaque chambre, un service parfait. Séjour très agréable.

Leider bis min 2023 wegen Umbau geschlossen. Gehört zur gleichen Gruppe, wie das Tekoma Boutik Hotel. Wird ein richtig cooles Play Hotel mit einem perfekten Kite-Surf Revier in der Lagune vor dem Haus

We were stranded in Rodrigues for an extra night, Mourouk hotel found us 4 double rooms. Staff and manager were so helpful. Food was excellent and although awaiting a re-furb the rooms were very good

First I want to say that the food there is excellent and the food is halaal thought they do serve pork but it is prepared in a different kitchen. Secondly the customer services is nearly perfect because one day I went into my room after they clean it and it was smelling cigarrete and lastly it is very beautiful you can see the sea around and there are many activities offered by the hotel which fun and relaxing........hope you enjoy your days in Mourouk Ebony Hotel....................highly recommended........5 star.....good bye

The food was good, actually the whole package deal was great. Everyone was so friendly and we had no problems during our stay. The best part is that you have the beach and an amazing view right in front of the villas. The menu cart was not on the expensive range. Highly recommend

My family and I had a great time at the hotel..Staff was very helpful and the food was good..The good thing is that all the rooms face the sea and the view was awesome..Over there you can't miss the sunrise and sunset..My son and I used to wake up early for a morning walk.No worry as it's very safe around..Thank you to the staff and the Manager for the warm welcome..Will definitely come back one day.????

Best property to stay in Rodrigues. Beautiful clean beach. Good villas and restaurants. Excellent food. And above all, very warm welcoming attitude of the staff. Best for kite surfing.

Unpleasant welcome. When i called 2 weeks ago i was told buffet breakfast and dinner. When i arrived i was given menu a la carte for dinner, little portion. When i ordered burger for my kid i had to pay coz the 2 sausages wasnt enough for him. Breafast, no bananas, no veg croissant, no yoghurt, no apples, no mangoes. Big liars to fool people to steal your money.

We would like to sincerely apologise if our services and hotel facilities did not meet your expectations. We generally receive positive feedback for our food, and we indeed want to enquire more about the issue you recently had.

As a result of this when you have complained that the portion of food was not enough, you have been offered two burgers free of charge (which is your second order). Moreover, Nanda, our resident manager, has arranged for you and your family to have a buffet during your stay. It must have been a misunderstanding and rest assured that our team strives to offer to each guest visiting us the best experience on Rodrigues Island. This experience you had does not reflect at all what we want to provide to our guests.

We take significant consideration of your feedback and kindly note that this negative experience has been transmitted to the people concerned. We sincerely hope that this experience will not impact on your future stay with us and that you will allow us to do better next time.

The view is awesome and the welcoming staff, restaurant staff are so nice.
The food is local typical and really good and lift up this hotel to a true 3 /3+ stars.
It indeed need some renovations, which will happen very soon as from what we have been told.

Moreover, the management is very open to comments... constructive ones!
Thus, it can only get better..☺️????

A 2* hotel with a limited number of rooms. A cool and quiet place to relax and enjoy. Definitely worth it.

Not even worth a star , very bad service . Going to bed empty stomach
Le Mourouk fait partie des "grands hôtels" de l'île...mais rien à voir avec Maurice ! En quelques heures, on avait fait la connaissance de toute l'équipe, qui s'est très bien occupée de nous et notamment des enfants. On s'est sentis comme chez soi dans ce petit coin du monde loin du monde. Un vrai coup de coeur !
