Ouvert en 2008, cet établissement recèle 150 chambres et suites ultra-fonctionnelles. Vous y trouverez tout le confort, dans une atmosphère cosy et moderne, le tout pour un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Ici, on a le sens du détail aussi : du café dans les chambres – lumineuses –, une salle de gym, et même un business center équipé d’imprimantes. Cet hôtel est également idéalement situé, pour ceux qui souhaitent loger dans l’un des quartiers trendy de Manhattan.

Charged me for the first night’s stay of my CANCELLED reservation, well within the free cancellation time period (1 week prior). Basically stole money from me without cause. They’ve issued a refund that’s still processing but the money should have never been taken in the first place. So awesome guys

Easily the worst Marriott in manhattan. Insanely loud, unhelpful staff. Don’t stay here

Gross hair all over the shower. Clumps left in a drainer and then more on a wall. They have darker tiles so you can’t see all the disgusting hair they leave behind.

It’s winter, give folks more than a sheet for a blanket.

My bed sheet came off, it was too small for the mattress size.

Avoid at all costs. I had to pick up someone’s gross hair to shower. I echo comments below that rooms have paper thin walls and staff is stomping around starting at 7am, super noisy. Should not call themselves Marriott.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is clean and quiet and You can walk or Uber anywhere. That's why we chose this hotel over the Times Square locations where it's noisy . Unfortunately, the King bed room was so small that it practically took up the entire room . Since it was cold outside we kept on the wall heater, which was noisy and suffocating because the room was so small. It was like they installed a king size bed in a sauna room. The bathroom was very tiny also. You had to go into the basement to fill your ice bucket. There was No refrigerator in the room either. In Summary, if you travel a lot like we do and are used to large , comfortable rooms the this is Not the place for you. We used our Marriott Bonvoy Points and we thought this would be a good deal. Big Mistake!
