Athena is a 4 Star boutique hotel located in Bugolobi near the city center. The rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms. However, the hotel needs to improve their coffee brewing process and probably revisit coffee selection too. Coffe was lukewarm and taste not good. The samosas lacked spices and salad dressing wasnt to my taste too.
On a good note, I wish to say thank you to Gorreti, my waitress for the day for the wonderful customer care. At least you set the bar high for your department! Smart, professional and eloquency are some of the noticeable virtues I detected.

In a residential area to getting to town is a mission. Rooms are adequate and modern. Service is outstanding and food at Ambrosia is marvelous

Lovely place in the safest place in Kampala (Bugolobi) rooms are neat, staffs are very professional and well dressed. Room service when turned away comes back right on time whatever time you give to them.

Very lovely and safe hotel. The food is great, I have been struggling with food in Kampala for the past 4 days, the first meal I had at the hotel was awesome so I’m sticking with them throughout my stay.

It’s a lovely place to stay, lovely rooms, nice ambience and great location ????

Excellent service and wonderful ambience. Very friendly service except for the strain on the pocket. Prices could be better..., afterall this is Uganda and food (good fresh food at that) is cheap!

I'm on day 4 or 5 of a 9-day stay. Staff is remarkably friendly and accommodating. The facilities are nice and the food quite good. This is where I will stay on future visits.
