FAIRWAY HÔTEL

Yesterday I arrived at Fairway Hotel nice early because I had a lot to do on my laptop. Like every week, I wanted to sit in the Professor where it is usually nice and quiet and dark. I need that peace and quiet so I can continue working on my laptop with concentration. I ordered a cappucino with a couple of croissants with cheese. But then it took so incredibly long before they finally served my order (30 or 40 minutes). All that time I was waiting in the Professor's opening. Then suddenly, the woman sitting next to the reception desk at a little desk of her own approached along with a man. The woman told me that the man wanted to sit in the Professor with a whole group. I then thought "Oh no, I just wanted to go there and work on my laptop in peace and quiet". The man also suddenly started commanding me around. He said to me "YOU OPEN THE DOOR!". I opened the door and tried to explain to him that I also wanted to sit in the Professor and that I liked the space because it is always so quiet.I asked the woman who always sits next to reception for the manager because she was not managing the situation.At this, she started laughing at me humiliatingly.I stood for some more time waiting for my order and for a manager but there was nothing for me but to leave the Professor.I sat somewhere else for some time until I was no longer comfortable there either.Then I tried to explain this situation to a manager (not an Indian) but I did not feel heard by him.He didn't seem to do anything with the information and kept starting phone calls. And he even told me that the man who wanted to be in the Professor had told lies about me. He said I blocked the opening while I was waiting there for a long time because it took so long for them to serve my order. And he said I said the Professor is my place. These are lies. This was really a terrible experience at Fairway Hotel!!!

I would do recommend to friends, great atmosphere and staff.

Hi your restaurants food is excellent.

However you need to improve service like keeping towels when rooms are cleaned and have better TV channels.

Very nice and green , good size pool and garden. Asian fusion kitchen is very good. Great staff.

The lunch buffet was great.
