FAIRWAY HÔTEL
Le Fairway est l'un des plus anciens hôtels de la capitale, puisqu'il a ouvert ses portes en 1969. Il s’agit d’un établissement assez classique, un bâtiment blanc avec vue sur le terrain de golf ou sur la végétation des cours intérieures. Les chambres, claires et fonctionnelles, sont alignées façon motel. L’hôtel est surtout apprécié pour ses nombreux services incluant l'accès à une salle de gym et une piscine. On y trouve un bar à cocktails (The Professor), deux restaurants (le Tree Top et l'Asian Fusion), quelques boutiques et deux spas. Excellente localisation.

However you need to improve service like keeping towels when rooms are cleaned and have better TV channels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent visit at our hotel. We genuinely appreciate your insights and apologize for any shortcomings you experienced during your visit.
We take all guest feedback seriously and your comments will be thoroughly reviewed to address the issues aired.
However, it should be noted that the Professor Bar like every other common space in the hotel is a public space and is open for each and every guest that would love to use it.
Also the woman that sits next to the reception was approached by the guests that also needed to use the space and came to request you to allow them to enter as well, but you didn't allow them to enter. This can be confirmed by the camera footage.
We sincerely apologies for the guests response however non of the people standing in front of you yelled at you in anyway.
It should also be noted that at Fairway, we value value the security of our clients and their property unlike your comment about, "your laptop being stolen". The guests who intended to use the space are highly respected clients who wouldn't partake in such activities.
We also would like to apologies for the delay in your order. However, it should be noted that the reason for the delay was that on every visit you make to the hotel, you prefer to be served by the male service team and unfortunately that morning, we had the female team working the breakfast shift.
