Loved the place , the rooms were on point, the service was so exotic given the love and hospitable levels of the staff

We had big problems with orders every day. the food did not come as we asked for. Meal delivery delays ranged from 30 to 50 minutes daily. We pointed it out several times, but it didn't help, hence the negative opinion.

This hotel is good situated in front on a lake near to kabale , it takes 20 minuts to get it. Despite the hotel is good situated, is not enough well signposted, and the road to the hotel is not easy to follow. But the hotel and enviroment are beautifoul, wooden rooms, swimming pool and incredible views...
People was so nice but we felt like they were waiting tips everytime. Anyway, I recommend this hotel because is really peacefoul and beautifoul.

Personnel sympathique et bon restaurant avec une belle vue mais les chambres sont très inconfortable (literie bas gamme) et très mal isolé. La pression d'eau pas suffisant pour prendre sa douche.

I had a lovely weekend at Hawk's Eye Lodge Bunyonyi, we had a group tour. The Director is an all rounder, making his clients comfortable, he was our tour guide for hiking and is always making sure the customers are feeling at home, the communication comes in time. The staff are amazing and very professional.
