Muy aconsejable.
We stayed here for one night as part of our trip to do gorilla trekking at the Bwindi forest with Home to Africa tours and it completely exceeded our expectations. The view was great, the food was good, and the people/vibes were *excellent*. Everyone working here had such friendly energy and they welcomed us so openly. It was such a chill, peaceful place -- with a fire lit up at dinnertime, a musician playing softly nearby, and everyone volunteering to help us with bags and things. Oh, and we engaged in their free, short "chameleon walk" that they offer guest wherein a staff member walks around the premises to help spot male and female chameleons. We saw four (two males and two females) and they were super cool! Definitely an unexpected bonus activity during out trip!
Love this place. Great vibes. Highly recommend.
And we are glad it became your favourite spot for your wilderness and wildlife holidays in East-africa.
We can't wait to hosting you more with your friends.
cheers
The rooms are so special
We look forward to hosting you again soon.
Cheers.
yes true we offer special rates during the lower seasons and our Ideal locality for Gorilla conservation and tours with a wide range of activities around the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest makes us the right choices.
We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
cheers.
There is a guard at night on the camp ground.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and supportive. They also booked the Gorilla Trekking in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
The Camp is only approx. 10 Minutes away from the entrance into the forest. Besides the unforgettable Gorilla Trekking we also booked a Bird Watching tour that we can only recommend.
The restaurant offers very good food at reasonable prices.
The last 3 - 4 km are a bit rough but good to manage, if you have a 4x4.
A great place that we recommend a lot!
We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Cibo mangiato di meglio in Uganda.
Il lodge è pieno di camaleonti endemici con tre corna.
cheers.
First impressions were surprisingly good. They offered a very short 15-30 minute tour to look for female and male chameleons around their lodge. The servers and workers were attentive and offered help when they can.
The rooms were clean and the beds had covered warm water pouches in the bed to keep warm. Room did get a little cold at night because rooms were tented and lodge was located in higher elevation. Bathrooms were big with a shower and a tub. Hot water in the showers can take awhile and wi-fi was only available in the dining/common area.
Food was good, but not a big fan of burnt pancakes.
If easily squeaked out by bugs, it might be an issue. We had a praying mantis on our chair in the room. No biggie though since it technically was located in the middle of nowhere in the mountains.
I had a great stay because my tour operator handled the logistics and communicated with them. Hopefully, the great customer service continues.
one criticism is that they tried to grab the chameleons off the trees for photo opportunities and that is not okay because i prefer not to stress out animals for some vanity.
We look forward to your next visit.
The views of the park are outstanding, the locally-made furniture in the banda, and hot water 24/7.
As you sit outside your banda/tent, you hear the sounds of birds singing and sightseeing of monkeys, birds, squirrels, and different types of butterflies.
The meals are always on point with great stuff always ready to serve you.
When it comes to the fireplace, it is one of the great places you all need to be with entertainment from an old man playing the flute and other local musical instruments of long ago.
All in all, I highly recommended meant this place for your stay on your Mountain Gorilla tracking In Ruhija, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
wish you all the best and see you soon.
cheers

For the rains, started earlier than anticipated and connecting road becomes tricky during the rainy season.but the rest of the time is ok.otherwise looking forward to hosting you more during the drier seasons.
cheers.
From the moment I arrived to my checkout I was met with extremely welcoming staff. This lodge provides classic hospitality and an incredible outlook across Bwindi impenetrable forrest.
The food was delicious and satisfying.
