Comodo, economico e pulito albergo in centro a Palermo.

Hotel situato in una posizione a due passi dal centro,sono stato accolto meravigliosamente dal personale, ottima anche la colazione con ampia scelta e la signora super gentile! Alla prossima ????

Un hotel accogliente, situato in un palazzo al secondo piano, aperto 24h su 24. La sua posizione permette di essere a un passo dal centro di Palermo per visitarlo comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici.

Eu gostei muito do hotel,super bom

La struttura è accogliente e le camere hanno tutto ciò che occorre,
l ambiente è un po’ datato ma pulito. Il personale gentile , il servizio colazione ottimo, la sig.ra che se ne occupa e’ fantastica ! Peccato per la zona, pur essendo in centro e’ sporca e maltenuta, con pile di sacchetti dell immondizia e proprio accanto al portone dell hotel , a mio avviso creando un danno di immagine alla struttura, sostano giorno e notte dei senza-tetto . Sdraiati su materassi sporchi e altrettante coperte sudicie. Mi chiedo come possano tollerare ciò i gestori
dell hotel.

Went there before graduation as a group in April 2011. As we are reminiscing the haunted experiences we shared here, the memories are flashing back again!

I was staying with my boyfriend in a room next to the reception, and my 4 girl friends were sharing, they were allocated to a room with a double + twins beds that was on the floor above, but the hotel interior seemed like it was located in another building back to back of the main block, it was a bit complicated to reach there, through corridors that lead to the back, somewhat seemed longer than the building itself by the look of the exterior. There was a small square entrance separating their bedroom and bathroom, the double bed and a single bed against a wall, the other single bed horizontally next to the window, there was a big wardrobe between the beds.

Our room was facing the main road with a balcony with big glass doors and windows so it was well lit when we checked in in the afternoon. The room was an L-shaped room with very high ceiling, and the bathroom was the same length as the bedroom, which felt very empty comparing to the small facilities inside, the shower booth could only fit a person standing without much room to move, it was in line with the toilet and a sink, they were all dotted against a wall, it’s height only reached 2/3 of the entire room, it was so obvious there is another room in the same size on the other side, the bathroom was just the actual room cut in half. We were too weirded out by this and requested for a change but was told it’s fully booked that day, since we were only staying for 1 night we thought we could put up with it. However we didn’t realised the bathroom would become so dark and creepy at night, the ceiling was so high up without any lighting, that empty space made the bathroom very dark and creepy. The only light source was the white light pipe above the sink mirror. Me and boyfriend had the same feeling during shower, the empty dark space above us made us so uncomfortable as if something is watching us from the other side of the bathroom wall. This could just be our imagination running wild in that environment but the uneasy feelings were real. After we left he even said that he actually sensed there were more than 1 presence.

I fell asleep before my boyfriend, and he only told me the next morning that the TV suddenly turned itself on not long after he fell asleep, it was definitely off before we slept. He was scared but didn’t want to wake me at that time cause it wouldn’t help the situation anyway, he just switched it off and tried to sleep through till the next day. I’ve known him for a decade and he never plays prank, and would definitely not make up stories to scare people.

The next day my girl friends shared their encounter in their room. In the middle of the night one of them was woken up by some noise, whilst she’s trying to make sense of it, perhaps the walls are thin, the wardrobe door suddenly popped open by itself. She got really scared and wanting to wake the girls up for help, she panicked and jumped out of bed pacing back and forth between the beds for a few seconds figuring what to do. She frightened and woken up another girl when doing this. Woken girl was scared and asked why was she walking around in the middle of the night like this? Everyone was woken up at this point, so she explained what happened. They tried to analyse this logically, maybe it’s door knob was too old and loosen itself or something, and so they took the courage to close the wardrobe door together and got back to their own bed. Whilst they were all trying their best to go back to sleep, they heard water running sound from the bathroom at the same time! By hearing this altogether they were convinced this time it’s not just thin walls from neighbour rooms cause it was so late around 3am, and they said it sounded too close that it was definitely coming from their bathroom.

Mój drugi dom:) bywam w Palermo regularnie od 12 lat i Concordia jest tym przyjaznym miejscem.
Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto i dobre śniadania.

Chtěl jsem něco na jednu noc kousek od vlakového nádraží kvůli brzkému odjezdu na letiště z tohoto pohledu hotel splnil účel ,ale jako základnu pro poznávání Palerma bych ho spíše nevolil.
Pokoj čistý s dobrým signálem wifi a užitečný personál.
Malinký sprchový kout ,nedá se tam skoro otočit.
Okolí hotelu dosti nevzhledné bordel a povalující se bezdomovci

Doplnění recenze : byla mi už 2x smazána (z popudu ředitele viz. jeho odpověď) fotografie s přeplněnými popelnicemi a bordelem ,který se povaloval okolo hotelu - tímto tedy dávám pouze jednu hvězdičku jelikož fotografie zachycovala aktuální stav na místě v době mého pobytu a naprosto nechápu proč byla fotografie odstraněna ! Místo mazání fotek by se měl pan ředitel snažit aby bylo okolo hotelu čisto a člověk nemusel dovnitř procházet okolo zapáchajících bezdomovců !

Ottima scelta per visitare la città! Posizione perfetta, ambiente confortevole e tranquillo, nonostante il passaggio.
Camera spaziosa e comoda...

This is my home

This hotel is very conveniently located at the centre of town and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The Palermo Central Station is a short walk from the hotel with transport connections from trains to buses. Convenience stores, fruit and vegetable market are all nearby.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled to a comfortable temperature. There’s 24 hours manned reception. Breakfast was from 7:30 – 10:30 AM. Nice breakfast consisted of salami, different croissants, breads, toast, cheese, juice, coffee and tea. Say hello to Letizia the very helpful, sweet and smiling lady at the breakfast lounge. Thank you housekeeping for keeping everything nice and clean.

Hotel Del Centro is a clean and comfortable hotel rated 3 stars. What takes this hotel to another level is the staff. The duty managers are extremely helpful, friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty. In the 4 nights stay at this hotel, I developed a personal bond with the staff and it was sad to bid farewell to them. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to meet the general manager Mr. Giuseppe Palazzolo, but I spoke to him on the phone, again, a wonderful person.

I have travelled around the world and stayed at many hotels and this has been one of the finest when it comes to hospitality. I therefore take this opportunity to thank Hotel Del Centro managers Giovanni Fauci, Giovanni Schifano, Marco Torci and Salvatore Landolino for their kind hospitality in making this holiday to Palermo even more wonderful.

Hotel a 5 minuti dalla stazione...camere spaziose e molto pulite..
Personale molto professionale e disponibile..
Forse sulla colazione manca qualcosa sul salato ma nel complesso buono..
Piccola pecca saponette delle dimensioni di un aspirina nel bagno anziché flaconi di detergenti...solo uno shampoo e un bagno doccia microscopici

Se potete scappate !!!! Non ho mai visto in anni che giro un posto così orribile , un odore sgradevole già all’ingresso , pavimento sporco , tappeti sporchi , muri sporchi , davanzali sporchi. Per non parlare della poltrona posizionata vicino al letto , rivestita , piena di macchie di non so che genere !!! Prima di accogliere i clienti che pagano. , siete pregati di pulire ! Perché le persone non sono immondizia come quella che si vede affacciandovi dalla finestra del vostro “Hotel “!!!

Pessima esperienza.
La stanza con mobili antichi… il bagno ricavato dentro la stanza senza finestra con porta d ingresso al bagno piccola, porta asciugamani staccato… i letti scomodi … l aria condizionata centralizzata… o accesa o spenta e dovevi telefonare per accenderla/spegnerla non potevi regolare la temperatura.mah!
La mattina siamo andati via alle 7(per necessità del volo) e non mi ha anticipato la colazione … dovevo aspettare le 7:30.
Premetto che ho un bambino di 8anni e non mi ha fatto neanche il latte alle 7.
Per quello che ho speso potevo andare in un 4stelle.

Hotel situato a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Palermo Centrale e 10 minuti dalle vie principali del centro, praticante potete fare a meno dell'auto. Soggiornato in una camera quadrupla, camera e bagno spaziosi per una famiglia. Personale addetto alla reception molto gentile e disponibile, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Personale addetto alla colazione sempre sorridente e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Personale addetto alle pulizie competente data la pulizia delle camere. Camera e bagni puliti con cambio giornaliero delle asciugamani e ogni tre giorni delle lenzuola. Colazione buona con presenza di cornetti vuoti, cioccolato, marmellata, crema e pistacchio, mini cannoli siciliani, biscotti, cereali, panini, affettati e formaggio, fette biscottate..... Consiglio per chi desidera trascorrere alcuni giorni a Palermo senza l'uso dell'auto.

Hotel pequeño pero con mucho encanto, en una zona céntrica y tranquila entre el centro histórico y la estación principal de tren. Muy recomendable.

Il luogo è ben centrato.
Il grande vantaggio di quest’albergo è il personale, che è molto simpatico.
Però, lo stato delle camere è vecchio. La climatizzazione è centralizzata, significa che si deve chiamere la reception per potere spegnerla… È gradevole avere un balcone, però è peccato non poter goderlo per causa della pulizia scarsa di quest’ultimo.
Un’albergo che va bene per qualche notti.
