ROYAL PALACE HOTEL ^{* * * *}

The Royal Palace Hotel is a stark reminder that appearances can be deceiving. From the outside, the hotel looks grand and impressive, but as soon as you step inside, the reality hits you like a ton of bricks. The lobby is dimly lit, the furniture is worn and faded, and the overall atmosphere is one of neglect and disrepair.

The rooms are no better. Ours was tiny, with a creaky bed that looked like it had been through a war. The sheets were stained, the pillows were flat, and the blankets were thin and scratchy. The bathroom was a nightmare, with a shower that barely worked and a toilet that constantly ran.

But the worst part was the staff. While they were friendly enough, they seemed completely uninterested in helping us with our numerous complaints. When we asked for extra towels, it took them hours to deliver them. When we complained about the bed, they simply shrugged and told us to "try sleeping on the other side".

The breakfast buffet was a joke. Stale pastries, watery coffee, and a selection of cold cuts that looked like they had been sitting out for days.

We were so looking forward to our stay at the Royal Palace Hotel, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Save your money and avoid this dump at all.

Absolutely appalling service at this hotel! Instead of addressing the numerous issues I faced during my stay, the staff had the audacity to accuse me of not actually staying at the hotel and leaving a fake review on Google. To prove them wrong, I am sharing a photo of my booking confirmation. Unbelievable that they would resort to such tactics instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Dear hotel, are you not ashamed of deceiving guests and Google, and accusing customers of not actually staying with you? My booking number is 72435908590634, and I stayed at your hotel from December 29, 2022 to December 30, 2022. I have proof of my stay and will not let you get away with this fraudulent behavior. You should be apologizing and making amends instead of trying to discredit me. Shame on you!

Un falso 4 stelle. Hotel libero e ti affiancano altri clienti per passare notte insonne con gente maleducata e rumorosa.
Schiamazzi dalla strada tutta la.notte con auto che passano con musica a palla. Ambiente con porte rotte e mobili retro senza restauro tipiche da mercatino dell'usato. Colazione da b &b con nessun servizio al tavolo. E poi, le fette biscottate (seppur dettagli) tutte rotte nelle buste singole.
Se volete un hotel cercatene uno vero. Prezzo non degno del servizio.sconsiglio assolutamente.Potrei continuare col frigo bar spento e con solo acqua.
Ha solo la posizione centrale a suo favore poi niente.
Idoneo solo a chi non sa cos'è un 4 stelle. E se avete lamentele vi regalano un mi dispiace.

L'hotel dove mi appoggio da quando vado con frequenza a Messina. Camere, personale e posizione ottime. Buona colazione stile continentale con contaminazioni locali. Prezzi in linea con il servizio offerto.

Buon albergo 4 stelle. Buona colazione a parte il caffé. Personale top. Le camere un po vecchiotte ma nel complesso buono.

L'albergo negli anni 90 sarà stato sicuramente un bell'albergo. Oggi è un po' datato sia nelle pannellature di legno che rivestono gli ambienti comuni che ricordano i chirurgo delle navi, sia negli arredi. Recentemente ristrutturati i bagni. Buona la colazione. Vicino alla stazione e al centro
