Esperienza unica dal soggiorno ai servizi offerti...le titolari molto professionali come tutto il resto del personale rendono tutto interessante soprattutto l'apericena/cena spesso accompagnato da musica dal vivo...
La proposta culinaria è all'altezza delle aspettative e non delude...la location strategica al centro della cittadina rende spostamenti shopping e altro molto piacevoli...ormai tappa fissa Milazzese

Extremely helpful staff who were very efficient and courteous when we came in for a last minute reservation. The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony view and the AC worked quickly.

The bar was great and included local olives and sun-dried tomatoes for the aperitif which was a nice treat! Service was truly above and beyond.

Highly recommend for anyone staying in Milazzo. We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel saved my honeymoon, the most friendly people around! When we were lost in the dark with nobody could really help us as we were stranded by the storm. We came into the hotel and they were kind, lent us a charger, etc. Rooms are nice and the restaurant was great

Come avviene da anni ormai, immancabile è stata la nostra recente visita a questa deliziosa struttura. Le premure, la professionalità e la simpatia di tutto lo staff, rendono sempre la nostra una vacanza vera, grazie anche al comfort di camere curate e sempre rinnovate. Hotel posizionato in posizione strategica, in un paio di minuti si raggiunge a piedi la suggestiva parte storica di Milazzo, oltre al porto con la sua carinissima passeggiata. Consigliatissimo!!

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel settimana scorsa per motivi di lavoro. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata tutt'altro che positiva. il servizio al ricevimento era scadente e personale non qualificato. La colazione era scarsa e poco varia, i tavoli non apparecchiati, nel complesso di scarsa varietà. In conclusione per essere un hotel a quattro stelle è lontano dallo suo standar

Struttura ottima camere molto accoglienti ….colazione ottima …..Ma purtroppo mi sono trovato MALISSIMO con il PERSONALE DELLA RECEPTION ….al momento del contatto telefonico mi hanno venduto una camera a un certo prezzo HANNO PRETESO IL PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO TRAMITE CARTA ….poi essendo stati INCAPACI a generare la transazione …quando sono arrivato il giorno dopo non solo nn ho trovato la mia prenotazione ma ho dovuto alloggiate pagando un prezzo maggiore …quindi prestate molta attenzione a quello che vi viene detto da lor signori

It was a beautiful stay here. The rooms were great and really clean. The staff was the best. Always ready to help out with anything without expecting anything. My daughter was not feeling good and they called the doctor and he came within 30 mins to help out. This is service. I would recommend this place to anyone that is visiting here.

Molto centrale rispetto alla città di Milazzo, hotel nuovo molto bello, camere anch'esse belle e con arredo nuovo, comunque mi ci sono trovato bene, un esperienza più che positiva. Molto pulito nel globale. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.
Fa anche ristorante ma non l'ho mai provato. Per quanto ho potuto verificare lo consiglio!!!

Pequeño hotel familiar regentado por dos hermanas encantandoras que han transmitido la atencion al cliente a todos sus empleados.
Destaco una noche que llegamos muy tarde al hotel y nos esperaron para que pudieramos cenar en su restaurante El Cantuccio recientemente inaugurado con un chef muy creativo y amable

Modern, clean, gorgeous welcoming hotel. Owner greets you and is friendly, genuine and helpful. The owner has put thought into every aspect of her beautiful hotel: from the art adorning the walls to the bathrooms it is evident that every detail has been immaculately planned. La Chicca Palace is a luxury hotel priced the same as other bare bones accommodations. I’m glad we found it and will return.

La Chicca Palace was a great experience for my whole family, first of all it was great value and everything was high quality. Rooms were great, especially the bathroom which included a very fun bathtub like a jacuzzi. We had a lot of space, comfortable beds, and a nice balcony. Breakfast was free and very nice, and service was great too. They even had a beatiful cat named Leo. Everything is very clean and the owner, Giovanna, was very helpful and nice treating us like good friends to talk.

Accoglienza molto ospitale e gentile, chiaramente un'atmosfera siciliana per una struttura al centro di Milazzo. Stanza semplice ma confortevole, particolare la posizione dell'armadio in un corridoio dietro il letto, lasciando la stanza completamente libera...molto intelligente.
