C'est l'une des meilleures tables de l'île, pour ne pas dire la meilleure. Le restaurant sert une bonne cuisine traditionnelle locale, calamars farcis et macaronis à la sicilienne. Le tartare de sébaste servi avec le poisson dans l'assiette est délicieux. Le dressage est celui d'une cuisine fusion internationale, avec des petites gourmandises craquantes qui viennent relever les plats. Le cadre blanc est très classieux, la terrasse est aménagée de banquettes agrémentées de coussins. Et ce qui ne gâche rien, la vue sur les îlots voisins est superbe.

The ambiente is excellent and so is the food and staff. The meals are excellent as well, although pricey. It has been an incomparable stay anyway and we enjoyed it much.
Broken Italian our end and broken English of the staff made orders a bit difficult. Small misunderstandings could be cleared out anyway.
Must visit place for everyone who comes to Panarea and likes usual and also unusual but very tasty combinations of Eolian kitchen.
My personal favorite had been fish (Dentex, never heard before) fried in herb breading accompanied by lemon mint sorbet (see picture).

The ambiance is charming and inviting, the service was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The menu offers a wonderful selection of delicious dishes. Each dish was masterfully prepared, presenting a successful blend of flavors.
I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the creative reinterpretation of traditional flavors. The wine recommendations were also excellent, perfectly complementing the culinary experience.
