We LOVE the vibe of ACE. The art deco is creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is AMAZING! Brie, the front desk host, answers phone in friendly professional manner. She listens to your concerns and did an EXCELLENT job accommodating all of our needs. The hotel is conveniently located with the quarter in walking distance! The Josephine Estelle Restaurant has the same incredible service and has delicious food options! Last but not least is the Alto, the rooftop bar and pool! It truly is my HAPPY PLACE!! This was our fourth stay at this ACE location! We will definitely be back!!

Room 239 - Shower handle falls off the wall, toilet seat is only attached on one side, the curtain pull doesn't work, and the room's only table doesn't sit level. The retro floor laminate is curling at the corners and the TV/Phone/WiFi isn't secure - BUT - you know it's a fancy hotel cos it's $6 for a 15oz. box of water from the SMEG fridge.

Fantastic...you cannot go wrong at Ace NOLA. Beautiful rooms, great food across the board and amazing staff. Well done and we will be back.

Liked the decor, the staff was OK, the room. The pool was ok, really just a party pool like other Aces I have stayed at. Not a good hotel for business, internet was abysmal / non-existent, I ended wandering the halls in search of wi-fi ... plus, TV is on wireless as well and dropped out frequently ... including in the last 20 seconds of the tight Pelicans / Dubs game :( ... very annoying, get better wi-fi.

One other thing - they provide guitars (for a fee, if it ins't already in your room) but they're virtually unplayable cuz the action is so high. Bring a slide.

Not what I consider a four star hotel. Limited amenities and room felt like a dorm room with no character. Lobby was nice and check in staff were friendly. Quiet area. Overall clean, just don't expect a 4 star hotel experience.

The rooms and hallways are eerily dark. Floors in the rooms are sticky and dirty, and the rugs need to be washed. You can hear your neighbours on all sides. The check-in staff who helped me was unfriendly and quiet. They have not emailed or printed a receipt for my stay, despite saying they would. Would advise people to stay elsewhere.

Top notch everything! The deco decor & amber lighting set a very elegant tone. All the staff made you feel like you were an honored guest of the hotel owner. They also have so many private uncrowded spaces for conversations/catching up with friends——-this is a whole ecosystem; pool, bar, cafe, restaurant —night club—-yes stay here you’ll love it !

Stayed in the King Suite, which was warm, big, and spacious.

Everything was not too bad except that...

1. Chromecast wasn't working with the iPhone and we were told that because its the weekend nothing much could be done as this is an issue with the service provider.
2. Hotel's website had a dubious link which led to an unsecured platform - we informed front desk about this
3. Strange to not have small spoons available in the room aside from the cups and glassware

On the plus side..
1. Bathroom toiletries were a refreshing blend that was very relaxing and soothing
2. There was also an old school record player that was working along with some very nice jazz records made available

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. Rooftop pool is a game changer. Stumptown coffee in the lobby coffee shop.

Bathroom sink clogged and not fixed during my entire stay of 4 days, even though I communicated the issue to the front desk immediately.
Too dark room, difficult to see inside cabinets/wardrobe.
Snacks not replenished.
No "Do not disturb" tag available.

Clean and spacious room. My room was silent, but a friend stayed in another room that was really noisy because it was close to the elevator.
Great location.
Courteous and friendly staff.

Such a Vibe-y hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Valet & door people were very courteous, welcoming& attentive. Check in staff was not. It was a very awkward, quiet, uninformative check in. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. Room was great, no complaints at all. Well stocked fridge and snacks bin (for a price of course) --It was nice to come back from day outings to a tidy and amazing smelling room. Bartenders & drinks at the lobby bar were great.
