The Chloe was incredible. My husband and I live in New Orleans, and decided on the Chloe for our stay-cation honeymoon after our wedding in the city this month. We felt incredibly welcome for every moment we were there. Our room was gorgeous, with a very old-school, classy flair. The touch of including a record player with a few records in the rooms was honestly my favorite thing. The pool was a beautiful, peaceful place to lounge, and I can't say enough nice things about the food. Excellently placed for travelers from out of town, but honestly, I highly recommend the Chloe for locals too! We will definitely be returning in the slow season to lounge in the pool and maybe treat ourselves to another lovely night in their rooms. Adam, who checked us in, and Hannah, who was our server, really made an absolutely lovely weekend even more amazing.

Great ambience, outstanding spacious, comfortable, and charming rooms w/ some suites uniquely perfect for family stays. Location in beautiful and quiet Garden District is excellent, and easy to get to other areas. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, despite some of the comments in other reviews. Various lounges and pool area are really nice and inviting. Selections of vinyl available for in-room turntables are a nice touch. Included breakfast was at least good, if not elevated. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The Chloe has it all; service, quality, and atmosphere. Stayed three nights and two days, and we were able to see everything we wanted to in the Garden District and the French Quarter thanks to the Charles Street trolley, which runs in front of the hotel. Had a good dinner on site our first evening. The room was comfortable, and the noise abated by 10:00 (or earlier on the weeknights). Coffee is complimentary to guests throughout the day. Plenty of street parking. Ready to go back!

We didn't stay in the hotel. We were looking for a spot to have a Sunday brunch beverage. The weather was perfect. The service was really good.
They have a late night special in the bar. They can correct me if I'm wrong, but basically, if you need to stay because you overindulge, then they will give you a room for half price if they are available.

I had an issue with this establishment that has yet to be resolved. I’m not sure this place has any idea what good customer service is. I understand that mistakes happen… Employees and businesses have bad days. However, I can’t understand the unwillingness, lack of urgency and lack of professionalism from management to resolve my issue. Thankfully, there are plenty of other places for me to take my business (along with everyone I know) that understand what it means to be in the hospitality industry in the great city of New Orleans. And no, I don’t need a response from management to this review. That opportunity is long gone. You had your chance.

Love the Chloe. So hospitable and handy. We were camped for Mardi Gras Parades and they welcomed us with open arms - not with the hostility most people and NOPD near the parades do.

It's the Chloe. Definitely my speed and the drinks are great service was cool as well. I dig it. And I recommend it to all the freaks out there. LOL one of my favorite places uptown New Orleans. Restrooms are clean, rooms are good. Services always on point. Good atmosphere good food. swimming pool in the back. An all-in-one package

We just celebrated our 20th year anniversary (we got married at this property before it was The Chloe). They welcomed us with such love and beautiful details (photos from our wedding at our table and on the main room mantle). The entire staff is attentive, the food is fantastic, the drinks are delicious, and the space is beautiful. So glad we came back to celebrate here.

Lunch here was outstanding. My group had many things off the small but interesting menu - smash burgers, chicken katsu sandwich, salads, lettuce cups, bork belly.

Service was great.

Food itself was amazing. You could tell that a great amount of care and attention to detail was put into every single dish - fresh ingredients and how it was cooked, prepared, and served - even the French Fries.

Highly recommended.

Attended Christmas Dinner on 12/25/23 for the second time at this place, and it left us unimpressed. Despite the appealing decor and design of the hotel and restaurants, the food and drinks were mediocre. The service was the biggest disappointment - our courses arrived at different times, disrupting the flow. Despite acknowledging the mistake, the server offered no apology or concession. It seemed the staff treated White customers with more care; an error with an older White couple nearby resulted in a sincere apology from the manager, who even comped their meal.

Came by here by accident on Christmas Day when my Uber made me get out at a destination that was closed. Lucky for me this wonderful place was open. The hostess was one of a kind she embodies hospitality, amazing place good food and one of a kind ambiance.

Excellent boutique hotel bar and restaurant with a pool. The bar makes wonderful handcrafted cocktails along with delicious and divine appetizers, entrees and desserts. My favorite is the drum.
