Hôtel Pavillon situé en plein centre-ville, un des meilleurs hôtels de La Nouvelle-Orléans, luxueux, à la décoration somptueuse.
Situé dans un superbe édifice datant du début du siècle dernier, Le Pavillon est situé en plein centre-ville et est l'un des meilleurs hôtels de La Nouvelle-Orléans. Tout ici respire le luxe, de la décoration somptueuse aux commodités de chacune des chambres. En plus de sa salle de gym et de son stationnement payant avec service de voiturier, l'hôtel accueille le fameux Cachette 1907 Bar & Lounge hautement réputé pour ses cocktails et son décor de speakeasy. Un conseil : concentrez-vous sur les chambres simples, les prix s'envolant pour les suites.

This is a good hotel. The building itself has historical interest and the architecture is of a golden era. Rooms are very spacious with king bed, and include a walk in closet, although the bathroom is quite small in comparison. The bathroom features Molten Brown products. The communal areas have a nice feel about them but overall I would say the hotel feels a little tired. That said it offered a good price for us and is only 10 minutes walk from the start of the French Quarter.

At checkin We was given our room. My friend went to use the restroom soon as we arrived and tried to open the bathroom door, the handle flew off. After having a $356 incidental hold placed on my card for the stay, i called the front desk to let them know. We wasn’t even in the room for two minutes! They said someone would be in to fix it. After my friend was able to use the bathroom she said how unsanitary it was so we went to the front desk and switched rooms. I don’t understand what make them say they are a 4 star hotel. They have no knowledge of the hospitality industry. Any time i needed anything I’d have to call the front desk 3 to 4 times before actually getting it or end up going down to the front desk.
The iron didn’t work
The bed had stain
There was a stain on the wall that only god knows what it was
The windows were dirty
The phone and tv was dusty
The room a c was not blowing any air.
$51 dollars a night to park is insane. Plus an additional $7 tax to that.
It’s def not worth $200+ a night.
The bar is merely a table in the middle of the lobby. No sink for the bartender to be sanitary. Drink were nasty and overpriced.
Anything you need to call for never arrives. Customer service here is a joke and does not exist. It angers me to think all the money i spent to stay here and get treated like a peasant.
I wouldn’t recommend nor will i be back.
