Comfortable beds, clean room. Some issues with elevators and escalators. Door dash was not allowed to deliver to the room.

100 % disgusted. Rita said it was not worthy of a night refunded of the 4 we are staying. Blood on the sheets and God only knows what was on the comforter. They cleaned it but could care less that we slept in biohazard for the first night.

Room was nice with a nice view. However, the sheets had blood and only God knows what was on the comforter. They did come and clean it but I slept in it the first night before realizing. I am absolutely disgusted. Went and spoke with the manager Rita and she was not willing to refund on of our 4 nights. I own a vacation rental company and this is 100% unacceptable. Accidents happen but to not offer anything except breakfast is not ok. I slept in biohazard. Please see photos.

Upon arriving we checked in with Maxine at the front counter. Phenomenal service!! Maxine was very cheerful, delightful, and a great representation of the Hilton brand. We had a great view and no complaints regarding our room. We look forward to staying here again.

- Spacious room
- Train noise right down the street, but it’s not that big of an issue if you treat it as an occasional white noise
- insulation from other rooms is good
- the most diligent maid service

If you’re planning to fly in early in the morning and do an early check-in, don’t because they won’t honor the early check-in. You’ll be tired as hell when your room isn’t ready until afternoon. This is supposed to be a top hotel, not in my book. I don’t like that they didn’t honor early check-in, and the excuse is it was booked full the night before house-keeping doesn’t start until 9:30am. What kind of operation is this? The lady at the front desk was rude when trying to check the status. The one bright spot was service in the restaurant was very good.

We traveled to New Orleans for a conference last week and stayed at the Hilton Inn Riverside. The Hotel rooms are old and in need of updating. The room we stayed in had a bad flow in and out of the room. The TV was old and we ended up going elsewhere to watch the NCAA basketball games. I couldn't believe how quickly the elevator doors close - if someone is walking in the door doesn't stop but continues to try and close - the same thing happened with luggage. The housecleaning was dependable and hot water for showers was good. The rooms weren't worth what the hotel charges.

This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. The lobby is huge and has the Dragos Restaurant inside of it as well as a Starbucks. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The views from my room of the Mississippi River. The trolly is also nearby. And the hotel is clean and pretty affordable for the amenities.

By far, the most hard working and diligent staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at, anywhere. Rooms are decent, beds are comfy, they clean everyday, staff is very thoughtful and helpful with normal issues.

Occasional noises from trains would occasionally wake me up but I fell back asleep easily.

We stayed for 3 nights, our original reservation was the room with bathtub, and then we got the one was without bathtub, which was ok.
They only came to clean the room on the second day morning, the third day they didn’t, we thought probably we left too late?
Breakfast was pretty good but very expensive.
Nice location and nice room, very comfortable mattress and clean.

The American Chemical Society had our Board of Directors meeting. The hotel handled everything perfectly. We had virtual and hybrid voting with the need for high bandwidth connections. This place made it easy.

Hotel Staff were mixed. There was a Conference on but the Bell Desk didn't know where. Bar and restaurant staff and food fine. Hotel slightly dated. TV was 10 years out of time. Hilton Central Reservations were appalling. I wasted over two hours trying to change my departure date. I gave up. Went back to the Hotel and Desk resolved in under 5 minutes. Hilton isn't what it was.

Good venue, but earlier I. The week I stayed at the Canopy up the street and on balance found the less worn appliances and room conditions nicer. Nothing negative about this Hilton.

Very clean and convenient location. I felt safe here. Close enough to Canal Street and all the hooplah without being in it 24/7. Love that the Riverwalk Outlets are attached...just in case you have a moment when you don't want to be out in the midst of it all, you have dining and shopping (or just walking around) there. This is a convention center as well as hotel. There were several meetings taking place throughout my stay but the hotel was still very well maintained and not too chaotic. Very pleased.
