Overall a very nice hotel for the money. Well located on the edge of the French Quarter with easy access to the trolley. Gym is so-so and the bar and restaurant have limited hours.

The room was very clean. The shower was very slippery, myself and my wife almost fell getting into it. The bar was good just wish it stayed open a little longer. Service was great all around.

So after a receiving a response from this hotel on the review I left, I’m still without resolution. How can a third party be responsible for any reimbursement when it was your hotel DIRECTLY that billed me the first nights stay?? You went as far as emailing me the credit card authorization form to charge for the night when I wouldn’t be checking in for another 3 days!! I demand my refund and have already filed a claim with my banking institution to getting the funds back. It’s as simple as that.

Wonderful experience here. We did write that we would be arriving Monday and put our ETA as 11 am. Came straight from the airport expecting the room to not be ready but they had one ready for us. We were so grateful for that. Service has been amazing. The rooms are beautiful. We love the location. Very short walk to Bourbon Street. Very highly recommended and will definitely come back in the future.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, I had the misfortune of booking this place for a long weekend with my son for his birthday to New Orleans. We haven't even confirmed our flight when I received a notification that my card was being charged by the hotel. I know I selected the "Reserve now, pay later" option and wasn't sure why I was being charged two days prior to my trip there. I called the hotel, and they advised it was for me to guarantee my room because they had "overbooked" the rooms and mine was at risk of being given to someone else. How is it my fault that you overbooked rooms that were already reserved a month in advance?? Apparently, they said it was because people book rooms there and end up not showing up, I highly doubt that was the case and obliged to let them charge for the one evening because coming from a flight I'd want to rest and not trying to find an available hotel. Well fast forward to the day of our flight. JetBlue had canceled our departure an hour before takeoff and I had to scramble to find another flight to no avail, due to the changes in our trip I had to you guessed it CANCEL OUR HOTEL STAY so upon calling the hotel I was told I could not cancel with them but through the third party I booked with. Which is funny because as the hotel you made it you prerogative to collect the first night but to issue a refund is beyond your control. Which now the joke is on them as I had submitted a dispute with my bank and waiting on the credit.

I had a fantastic experience with Errol James during my recent stay. He greeted me warmly from the start and made me feel right at home. He was very happy to assist with any questions or request that I had, and his friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience. His recommendations were spot on.

I have absolutely no complaints about my stay at the Saint Hotel, the location is perfect , easy access to Bourbon, many resturant choices, shops etc. I also can not say enough about Errol James from the concierge desk. He was phenomenal, personable, gave great recommendations just 10/10 customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to visit again!

The staff was wonderful, from the valets to the restaurant to the front desk. But my personal favorite was Mr. Perry. He was the old friend that you never knew you had. On top of great staff, the location was perfect and the place was spotless. I will never go to another hotel when I'm in New Orleans

The staff was amazing, from the front desk , concierge, wait staff to the bell boys! The southern hospitality was spectacular! It is a definite must. A block from bourbon street right on the edge of the French quarter. I had forgotten my pillow and they are sending it back to me free of charge! The atmosphere was sexy and sleek! A awesome Autograph hotel!

My friends and I decided to finally take a trip to Nee Orleans where we stayed at the Saint New Orleans Hotel - this place is beautiful and reflects the Nola style. We were checked in by Errol who is AMAZING! He provided us with the best customer services, that Nola hospitality and great recommendations of places to go - he made our stay worth while! I would also like to shout out Ryan at the front desk - she is also amazing. The Saint Hotel knows how to hire staff - I haven’t received great hospitable service in a while and this place hit the mark. Also, their lobby bathroom is aesthetically pleasing :)

They gave us one of those little raggedy rooms with white furniture. I suppose at one point this was a nice hotel, but it’s on Canal street. Heavy traffic, drunk guest, and fresh off Mardi Gras makes this hotel look like it’s been run through. It is possible to keep a hotel nice in this area, but Marriott has failed with this hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. The atmosphere is very quiet and the decor is one of a kind!
