I approached the staff and politely requested a replacement drink for the ginger beer, explaining that it was extremely sweet. Unfortunately, instead of accommodating my request, they outright refused to switch the drink for me but offered a cup of water in its place.
I decided not to settle for the unpleasant ginger beer and declined their offer of a cup of water as a substitute. Regrettably, I had to discard the ginger beer.
Adding to my dissatisfaction was the fact that I had left a tip for their service when placing my order. As a customer, I believe that the ability to address a customer's concerns and provide a pleasant dining experience is an essential aspect of any food establishment.
The refusal to replace the undrinkable ginger beer and the overall lack of attentive customer service is not worth it. I genuinely hope that Peaches Patties can take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service to ensure that other customers don't have similar unsatisfactory experiences.
In conclusion, based on todays visit, I cannot recommend Peaches Patties to others. There are plenty of other dining options available at the Ferry Building.
