Hôtel, disposant des chambres confortables et spacieuses avec vue panoramique sur le Golden Gate Bridge depuis son balcon.
Ambiance marine pour cet hôtel à un block du Fischermans Wharf. La façade du Zephyr a été pensée comme un bateau et on y distingue au milieu des fenêtres des formes d'écoutilles et de proue. À l'intérieur, 75 des 361 chambres bénéficient d'une vue panoramique sur le Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, la Coit Tower ou encore le Bay Bridge, dont on profite depuis son balcon. Toutes sont confortables et spacieuses. L'hôtel contient avec une salle de jeux à l'américaine comprenant tous les immanquables : billard, shuffle board, ping pong, et un grand espace extérieur.

Everything about our stay was great. This was our first time staying at Hotel Zephyr and we will return anytime we are in San Francisco. The location was awesome. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was close to the cable cars.

Very nice hotel ideally located. Walk out to the huge patio with fire pits and s'mores given out, then through the bar and you on the wharf. Rooms are nice and staff is nice. Perfect location to walk the wharf. The only downside is that it's a hotel that caters to kids. If you have kids they will stay busy while your sipping wine at the fire pit. The kids however are noisy and there were plenty of them. Definitely a hotel catered to kids. If you want a more adult hotel this isn't it.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Las habitaciones son amplías, limpias, y cómodas.
La ubicación es inmejorable, esta cerca de muchas cosas que hay que ver en San Francisco. En pleno Fishermans Wharf, a unos minutos caminando del famoso Pier 39.
La atención del personal de primera.
El único pero, es el estacionamiento. Es caro si vienes en coche, aunque hay parkings más baratos en la zona.
En resumen, si volveré a hospedarme en el Zephyr cuando vuelva.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2024. The room, the view, the location were great, really nothing to complain about. We liked the marshmallow idea by the fireplace, we liked to always have coffee in the room and the balcony was perfect for sunny mornings.
However, we had a really bad experience with the receptionist (a bit older/female). She was incredibly rude to us - more than once. She attended to other customers while we were still waiting for her to answer, she refused to let us speak to the manager when we asked if he/she could help us, which she obviously couldn't. Then she ignored us - very unprofessional! So I can only give the hotel 3 stars, without her I would give the hotel 4 or even 5 stars, but this experience left us with a very bad feeling.
