Hotel super bem localizado. Mas é antigo e as instalações ao meu ver deixam a desejar. Pensionais deveriam reformá-lo e fazer um espaço maior para o café da manhã. Existem somente 3 mesas com umas 15 cadeiras para todo o hotel.

Wonderful hotel where I’ve stayed many times over the years / both for business and pleasure. Can’t beat the location next to Chinatown and a short ride share from other hot spots in the city. Staff and amenities are great. Highly recommend!

Honestly a solid spot to stay for a short trip. Really safe area and most things in the city are totally walkable. Front desk is super nice and helpful, and prices are reasonable. ONLY complaint is that the showers get the bathroom floor soaked. But they’ll bring you towels whenever you need so it’s not a huge deal

La ubicación de este hotel es increíble si la idea es estar en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de Union Square, y al frente de la entrada del barrio chino.

Los cuartos son amplios, modernos y cómodo. El desayuno es continental asi que no hay proteínas como huevos, jamón o tocino, pero al frente hay un Starbucks.

The location of this hotel is incredible if the idea is to be in the center of the city and close to Union Square, and in front of the entrance to Chinatown.

The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is continental so there are no proteins like eggs, ham or bacon, but there is a Starbucks across the street.

The staff were fantastic and very pleasant to communicate with .
Every morning they always said good morning with a huge smile . This made my day when I was away from my home and family .

When i think of San Francisco, I think of the Hotel Triton. I have been staying here for 20 years when I visit the city. Give it one try and you may be saying the same thing. On recent (2024) visits, every day the front desk was staffed with pleasant, competent people who advised me about the city. A truly great hotel.

Having travelled from Australia to LA and planing to drive up to San Fran for one night for the warriors game that was postponed, we were so devastated to have cancel our stay and trip.

We were totally prepared to write off the money we had spent in the room, however to then be whacked with a “cancellation fee” of US$160 is genuine corporate greed and it is disgusting.

There was no loss for Hotel Triton, we’d already paid for the room - so the $160 fee made absolutely no sense.

I am very disappointed by this, I will never book a stay here again.
