Place was charming, quaint, peaceful and a fabulous place to spend time.

Stayed in the Bellvue room. What a view! This alone was enough for us. Service was fine and the breakfast was pretty good. Wine in the afternoon and cookies after dinner. Such a quaint place with history. May not be the best for Littles. Probably the best of the Pacific Grove B&Bs.

Seven Gables Inn is located in Pacific Grove, California, overlooking Monterey Bay. This stunning Victorian was a beachside family home built in 1886. It stayed that way until 1982, when it opened its doors to the public. Now part of the Kirkwood Collection, the inn has a beautiful mixture of twenty-five unique rooms. With breathtaking views of Monterey Bay and Lover's Point, it is a must-stay if you plan a trip to the area. Breakfast is included with your stay, and this is not an ordinary hotel buffet. With locally sourced organic fruits, freshly baked pastries, and your made-to-order eggs, this is a scrumptious treat to start your exploring day. If you prefer a quiet, read-a-book day, enjoy the peace of one of the perfectly appointed sitting areas off the lobby. Minutes from the Aquarium and sights and sounds of Monterey by car, bicycle, or your legs, a truly magical place.

Our first stay here. We loved the place! Very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Di Blassi room aka Mayfair room. With ocean views, very beautifully decorated and the cleanest room we ever stayed in. You can tell they pride themselves in keeping the place clean and tidy. Breakfast had plenty of options and good coffee and tea. We will stay here again, maybe in the same room.

A must stay along the PCH, we stayed in a bay facing room with views of the sunrise and sunset. Right across the street is a paved walkway with dramatic cliff and breaker wave scenery and sounds. The decor and included breakfast cannot be beat.
