Just returned from a week away in sunny Cyprus and the Grecian Park certainly delivered a lovely experience.

The hotel is situated in a delightful location overlooking Konnos Bay and Cavo Greco National Park but even the non sea view overlooks fields being tendered by local farmers giving a traditional Cyprus setting.

Your are not going to be met at the foyer door with chocolates, or sprayed with perfume every time you leave the elevator - this 5 star gives you space and time to relax, if you need anything happy smiling staff are ready available - your not going to woken by the pool to see if you need a refreshment or food - a simple call or order by phone bring prompt service.

I can not remember when I last slept 9 or 10 hours solid but I managed it 6 days continuously - lovely comfortable emperor sized bed and relaxing atmosphere.

On half board status, the chef and his team produced a wide selection of international cuisine that could not be faulted with the hotel having specialist Italian & Japanese restaurants as well.

Our stay was mid October towards the later part of the season but lovely sunny weather and staff still crisp and willing as if it was the first day of the season.

Grecian Park was quiet, no drama, excellent food and friendly staff.

A lovely place relax and experience Cyprus at its best.

Die Zimmer sind nüchten eingerichtet und funktionell, sehr kleines Bad und für 5 Sterne sind die Zimmer zu lieblos eingerichtet & zu klein, aber sehr sauber und je nach Lage (Haupthaus Mitte Innenlage ) mit topp Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht.
Der Service ist nur mäßig. Die meisten Angestellten (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen) erscheinen gelangweilt, unmotiviert und hemdsärmelig, was aber m.E. auch am Management liegt (Stichwort [falsche] Mitarbeitermotivation). Aber nicht tragbar für 5 Sterne.
Die Lage ist Topp (direkt hoch über der Konnos Bay), tolle Aussicht und schöner Strand / sauberes Wasser.
Hotel allgemein:
Die Ausstattung (Liegen, sämtliche Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool / Garten etc sehr gut und gepflegt allerdings ist das Hotel extrem teuer sowie alle Getränke und Snacks leider auch.
So kosten z.B. 2 Aperol satte 23 Euro (!!) und bestehen dabei auch noch hauptsächlich nur aus Eis, den Rest kann sich jetzt jeder selber denken ;-)
Man fühlt sich hier teilweise veräppelt/vorgeführt.
Das Frühstück ist gut und umfangreich, abends gibt es wechselweise Menu oder Buffet. Hier muß man sagen dass das alles sehr steif abläuft und oft will man einen gehobenen Stil abbilden, aber abgeliefert wird dann leider nur halbherzig, und das für 2600 Euro/Person HP auf 14 Tage.
Da muss sich das Management echt mal was einfallen lassen ;-).

5 Sterne plus. Wir waren im September für 14 Tage dort und waren sehr begeistert.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen großen Poolbereich und einen schönen Strandabschnitt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine unvergesslich tolle Zeit. Die Freundlichkeit und das Engagement der Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr begeistert und beeindruckt.
Auf spezielle Ernährungswünsche wurde ebenfalls Rücksicht genommen, so dass wir immer etwas hervorragendes vom Küchenteam zubereitet bekommen haben.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nice rooms, breakfast with a lot of choices, excellent gym with equipment in good shape, large outdoor pool, also indoor pool, very friendly service staff.
Didn’t try the restaurants.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Grecian Park Hotel in Cyprus, and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, which gave us a sense of comfort and well-being. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. There was a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, which was great for us as vegetarians. The fresh omelet was a highlight and we enjoyed it very much.

The location of the hotel right above the Konnos Beach is simply stunning. The beach is without a doubt one of the most beautiful in Cyprus and the fact that it is so easily accessible was a big plus for us.

But what we will remember most is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. When we arrived at 5 a.m., our room was still not ready, as we were not supposed to check in until 2 p.m. But the hotel generously gave us a room at no extra charge so that we could relax.

Overall, our stay at the Grecian Park Hotel was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus.

Stunning, simply stunning

The hotel is in an excellent location with excellent views. The beach is very near. The food is excellent, the staff is very professional and friendly and the place feels like a dream. Only one issue....their sauna, spa rooms and spa showers need a good renovation as they are very dated. But besides that this is an excellent hotel. We will be coming back soon.

A nice location, between prwtaras and Agia Napa with a Great view of one the most beautiful beach ( Konnos Beach ).

In my opinion the prices of the Hotel are overvalued if you compare them with the Quality that you receive.
I have pay much more less in a Better location with a better Quality of Hotel.

Also they need to renovate the rooms.

We have pay for Seaview and we have receive a room which the parking of the hotel it was exactly next to the room and you could see hardly the sea in the corner of the room.

The service was Amazing.

The Breakfast was fine but their preparation wasnt enough for this huge amount of people.
Some basic items like eggs you could not find them during the busy hour.

Overall its a nice choice for a Hotel but in my opinion is overvalue.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb eines der schönsten Strände von Zypern, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Frühstück ist perfekt, besonders ist die zierliche Mitarbeiterin bei der Omelett Zubereitung, sie spricht sehr gut deutsch, ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Auch dem ganzen Team ein Lob. War ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, das Hotel und die Region ist empfehlenswert. ????????

I just had a 10 day break with my daughter at this hotel. It was absolutely amazing. The staff could not do enough for you. The room service was brilliant. You couldn't get a better location, we had a sea view room, just stunning. Great facilities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a special experience.????????????????

Love this hotel, great atmosphere and very friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome. Great facilities for relaxing and soaking up the sun. It was our 3rd time and it won't be our last, September next year we'll be back.

I was invited to Cyprus for a television interview with Sigma TV. A friend recommended that we stay at this lovely hotel, and I am glad we did. It was the best experience. Our room was clean and fresh, the level of hygiene was well observed and we felt very comfortable. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The hotel staff were genuinely warm and very accommodating in every way possible. We felt pampered and genuinely cared for at all times.

The food was delicious, and a wide choice on offer, catering for all tastes. I am a pescetarian, so I was in heaven with the savoury choices. The menu varied daily and it was always exciting to discover new options at the end of the day.

The beach can be reached by steps or carts that take you there every half hour. The hotel warned us about the steps; it is a steep climb, especially with a child. The beach is heavenly, with lovely soft sand and crystal clear water at the perfect temperature. It was a struggle to leave the beach, and sometimes, we were lost between the beach and the lovely pools at the hotel, as both were a treat.

The best aspect of this beautiful establishment is its staff, who are genuine and caring. My daughter suffered an ear infection, and we had to rush her to a hospital because she was in pain. The hotel staff immediately arranged for hotel transport, and a staff member stayed with us in the hospital for hours. The next day, the hotel manager enquired about our daughter's well-being and was genuinely concerned.

I cannot wait for next summer to return to the Grecian Park Hotel, a slice of heaven on earth!

Honestly, this hotel used to be a 5* around 7 yrs ago.
Extremely noisy at all times, the staff give the impression that they do not want to be bothered they prefer to be standing around chatting. I approached the young lady at reception on 2 separate occasions she was very cold and abrupt not helpful at all.
The beach buggy time table was ridiculous. Strictly, on the hour.
On our 1st day we were so excited after a long drive from limassol to go down to the beach, the 3 men were standing around chatting and refused to take us down.
We were forced to walk down 200 steps to the beach which caused a severe cramp in my calf for 4 days which caused me problems packing and the long walks through both airports.
We will not be staying there again.
Stavroulla at reception was so lovely and very disappointed to hear what had happened as she remembered me when I stayed there a few times in the past.

Excellent hotel and very hospitable crew. Nice and clean hotel. Excellent location above the Konnos beach as well. Amazing breakfast more than enough even for fasting days. Will go back for sure.

Поставила 3 звезды по следующим причинам: довольно старые номера, постоянно протекающий потолок в ванной, забитая раковина. В последние дни отпуска не работал вай фай - для нас это было критично, так как в номере спал ребёнок, за которым мы следили по камере, подключенной к вай фай сети отеля, соответственно, без сети камера не работала. Персонал откликнулся на наши жалобы быстро, но сеть до конца отпуска так и не заработала, и это в 5-звёздочном отеле. Так же на завтраках была машина-блинница, которая делала неплохие блинчики. Но она сломалась и заменить её было ровно нечем, повторюсь, мы говорим про 5-звёздочный отель.

Расположение отеля отличное.Открывается очень красивый вид с территории бассейна на один из лучших пляжей Кипра(мы были во многих пляжах).
Номера требуют обновления.Паркет стерся и стал белым,на шторах ожоги от сигарет.
Спуск на пляж по ступеням очень живописный,но тяжелый и с ребенком на руках не спуститься.Ездит гольфкар до пляжа.Его иногда приходится долго ждать внизу на жаре,чтобы поехать в отель.Сам пляж внизу без удобств для посетителей отеля.Надо дополнительно платить за лежаки,зонтики,нет даже бесплатного душа после моря.
Не рекомендую брать ужины.
Завтраки отличные,очень разнообразно и вкусно.
В целом впечатление,что отелю важнее вытащить из вас больше денег,чем позаботиться о вашем хорошем отдыхе.
Не понравилось,что работники отеля злые и высокомерные.

I’d say the term ‘five star hotel’ very loosely and would give my stay a 3/5 stars. The hotel is beautifully situated, with some well mannered staff, it’s clean and has ok food options.

Wifi: The wifi is average. If you are sitting downstairs in the foyer, then it’s excellent. In the rooms the connection of the wifi is very poor. So, if you have work to do or a laptop - the best coverage for wifi is downstairs.

Spa: I cannot fault the spa facilities. We both had a full body massage and was left relaxed. It’s reasonably priced too - cheaper than other spas we have experienced.

Rooms: The rooms are decent size and is comfortable. There was an issue with our air conditioning being hot, and once reported to reception it was apparently sorted right away. However reporting the issue again and sleeping in 23 degree heat, when it’s 28 degrees outside is not on. It was set to cool as well, so you expect it to be cold. One thing to note, if you want to wash your swimsuits in the bathroom sink, there is no place to hang them on the balcony. So, we used the balcony chairs. Recommend to bring a portable washing line rather than use the laundry service at the hotel.

Pool: The pool area is huge and accommodates small children with a baby pool. The pool bar has very big food portions for a reasonable price. The only issue I had is that people could reserve their beds with a towel and be out all day. After a couple of hours of no show, these beds should become free and for the pool staff to put in a system in place.

Food: The food in the restaurants is a good all rounder for families, it’s ok for couples. The a la carte restaurant requires men to wear trousers every evening and doesn’t accept tailored shorts. Yet we saw a few men wear shorts, so it shouldn’t be a pick and choose. Even when the food is a buffet style, it shouldn’t be a necessity and we often ate out because of this reason. The breakfast is ok - has lots of options. One thing to note is avoid going at 9-10:30am as it is absolute chaos and is like a zoo with the amount of people going in and out. Trying to get coffee or hot water for tea at this time was a nightmare. We preferred to go earlier to avoid the crowds and have space to get the food we wanted.

Entertainment: There is evening entertainment in the hotel, but it’s where you eat your dinner. I haven’t seen night time entertainment for young children, which could perhaps be something that’s missing for the families that stay here. I will note that there is a children’s club located in the hotel for families to drop off their child in a safe space for a few hours.

Beach: With some reviews online we read there is a private beach from the hotel. It is a public beach and is about a 10 minute steep walk down the cliff. It’s great that guests have easy access to walk down to the beach. However, if you are elderly or are unable to hike. I’d suggest getting a shuttle or a car to go down the hill on the road as the walk is quite steep.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again as it’s overpriced for the facilities available and accommodation. The location is also a bit too far out to be able to walk to the strip and you have to hire a car to get to other places in the area.

What can we say?
This Hotel was just amazing. Everything from the staff to all else was just top notch from start to end.

Higly reccomend this hotel!

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Wir sind als Paar gereist. Ankunft war ok, keine freundliche Begrüßung eher Massenabfertigung. Das Hotelzimmer war schön und sauber, obwohl ich ein Doppelbett Zimmer reserviert habe, haben wir 2 Einzelbetten bekommen..
Am zweiten Tag haben wir zwecks Taxibestellung um Hilfe gebeten, Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bulgarischer Herkunft redet über Politik mit rasisstischen Bemerkungen, was ein absolutes No-Go ist, anstatt lediglich Ihre Arbeit zu erledigen..
Ein großes Lob allerdings an die Mitarbeiterin mit schwarzen Haaren und einer Brille, und an den Restaurantmanager, die mir zwecks der Organisierung des Geburtstages von meinem Mann geholfen haben. Diese Mitarbeiterin war stets freundlich und kundenorientiert hat ihre Arbeit mehr als nur professionell erledigt! Großes Lob an Sie! Solche Mitarbeiter machen einen 5 Sterne Hotel aus! Eines möchte ich noch hinzufügen: Wir wollten von Süd nach Nordzypern reisen und haben die Mitarbeiterin (Elvira) um Hilfe gebeten, mit ihrer genervten Art hat sie uns einen Busplan ausgedruckt und erklärt, dass der einzige Bus um 08:00 Uhr vom Hotel fährt. Haben uns bedankt verabschiedet und leider Gottes den Plan bei der Poolanlage verloren. Am nächsten Tag, als wir Sie darum baten erneut den Plan auszudrucken, fing sie an in einem unangemessenen Ton uns klar zu machen sie habe den Gestern bereits gedruckt!! Haben wir so hingenommen wollten uns selber darum kümmern, weil das keine Art und Weise ist, die wir von Luxushotels gewöhnt sind. Dann meinte sie, dass sie den doch noch ausdrucken kann und wir erhielten den Plan. Wir haben uns auf dem Weg zur Bushaltestelle gemacht um 07:45 waren wir bereits auf der Haltestelle. Die Busse verspäteten sich in Zypern für gewöhnlich immer 15/20 Minuten, also haben wir gewartet. 08:35 habe ich die Rezeption kontaktiert, dieselbe Mitarbeiterin hat abgehoben, habe sie höflich gebeten um zu checken, ob der Bus wirklich noch fährt.
Sie meinte, der Bus kommt noch, Bitte um Geduld und ob wir den evtl nicht schon vorbeifahren sahen.. Gut, also haben wir noch gewartet, um 08:45 habe ich die Rezeptionistin erneut gebeten mit dem Busunternehmen in Kontakt zu treten und uns darüber zu informieren, da wir bereits eine Stunde warteten.
Daraufhin erhielten wir einen Rückruf von ihr und sie meinte nur, dass es ihr leid tut und dass sie jetzt erfahren hat, dass der Bus von dieser Haltestelle gar nicht mehr fährt..
Sie schlug weder Alternativen vor noch wollte sie nach einer Lösung suchen!! Total verärgert sind wir zurück zum Hotel um uns zu beschweren.
An der Rezeption haben wir ihr nochmal erklärt, dass es absolut nicht in Ordnung sei, den Gästen einfach einen Busplan in die Hand zu drücken ohne einer vorheriger Recherche im Internet oder telefonisch beim Busunternehmen, ob der Bus tatsächlich fährt! Abgesehen mal davon reicht es nicht, sich nur zu entschuldigen ohne etwaige Alternativen anzubieten. Nach einer Nervenraubenden Wartezeit unter 36 Grad Hitze und einer unnötigen Diskussion, hat man uns den Shuttleservice vom Hotel angeboten, der uns nach Agia Napa gefahren hat um den Bus zu erwischen.
Zusammengefasst war der Service ein Horror bzw gar nicht gegeben. So unbemühte und unmotivierte und lustlose Mitarbeiter sind total überflüssig in einem 5 Sternen Hotel, daran muss dringend gearbeitet werden!
Die Hotelanlage war mega sauber und schön modern eingerichtet.
Das Essen war sehr deliziös! Der Strand war traumhaft schön! Alles in allem vergebe ich 3 Sterne, weil der Service das A und O in so einem Hotel ist!

Ein Stern Abzug gibt es leider, dass die MitarbeiterInnen im Gespräch dazu neigen, die Geschichte Nord und Südzypern aus deren Perspektive zu erzählen und über kein eigenes Wissen verfügen und somit uns als Gäste mit osmanischen Wurzeln damit sehr in rage gebracht haben, was uns sehr gewundert hat, da die MitarbeiterIn selbst aus Bulgarien stammt und somit es fraglich ist, ob das Hass oder das nicht erfüllte Leben ist

Fazit: Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zum weiterempfehlen

C’est du vrai 5*, tout est au top dans cet endroit.
Mention spéciale au personnel qui était vraiment génial, et qui a pu répondre efficacement à nos requêtes.

Beautiful hotel at the best possible location literally at the end of a cliff. The view are amazing and one can walk to a sandy beach. Also, the pool deck is big, the gym is large and fully equipped. The breakfast has lots of options and features local products. Overall, this is an excellent hotel
