nu este un loc pentru pretentiosi, camerele avand mobilier vechi, unii uita pentru ce merg in concediu/vacante. Voi reveni cu siguranta, mai ales pentru rasaritul care se vede perfect din camera!

Знаходиться прямо поруч із зупинкою автобусів. З тераси захоплюючий вид на море. А через дорогу метрів 300 (вниз) чудовий пляж Коннос Бей. Є два ресторани - в готелю Greek Park та італійський поруч із ним.
Апарт-готель в окремому будинку має стійку реєстрації, де вас привітно зустрінуть та допоможуть, якщо треба. Поруч є маркет з усім необхідним.
В номері є необхідний мінімум обладнання на кухні, плита, невеличкий холодильник, зручні ліжка, чисті постільна білизна та рушники. Не вистачило штопора для вина, але нам його позичили на стійці реєстрації.
Зупинялися на дві ночі, і вже після першої нам запропонували прибирання в номері.
В цілому 7 з 10 (стіни в номері потребували освіжити фарбою та меблі трохи морально застаріли). Але ж залишилися гарні спогади, тому рекомендую.

A leggyönyörűbb beach, nagyon jókat úsztam ott, nincsenek nagy hullámok. Étkezési lehetőség is van, nagyon szép a kilátás onnan is. Amit viszont nagyon hiányoltam, az a zuhanyzási lehetőség. Egyetlen zuhany van, ami pénzérmével működik, ha működik... . Szóval egy ilyen szép helyen - ahová rengeteg ember jár, több zuhanyzási lehetőséget kellene biztosítani!

The place is so NOT in Protaras. It is near to bus station and 3km from Protaras. Its near just to Konnos beach, nothing else. The lady at front desk was friendly, but there is awful smell in the rooms. There is no option to free of that smell. The rooms are too old, also there are bugs.
There are essentials for cooking and preparing a meal.
We asked for hair dryer, they said “Today we can’t find it, but tomorrow we will”. Guess what. Tomorrow never comes.
There is a shop to buy essential as well, but i don’t recommend this place

Die Lage ist 300 Meter entfernt von Kannos Bay Beach und sehr gut. Das Personal am Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber das ist alles. Das Hotel Kannos Bay Gardens ist alt und das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Das Servicepersonal "vergisst" regelmäßig das Zimmer zu reinigen und erst nach unserer anschließenden Beschwerde an der Rezeption erfolgte die Reinigung. Einmal wurde uns das Badetuch mit Löchern hingelegt. Das Besteck ist nicht vollständig ein paar Löffel und nur eine Gabel. Für das Geld was haben wir für 13 Tage bezahlt gibt es bestimmt viel besseres als dieses Hotel. Also nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Konnos Bay Gardens reserviert, weil wir am nächsten Tag vom Konnos Bay zum Kap Greko wandern wollten. Leider hat das Hotel die Zimmer überbucht und uns erst um 17 Uhr am Anreise Tag darüber informiert. Wir standen also am Flughafen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass in dem Hotel keine Zimmer mehr frei sind. Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel angeboten, dass angeblich nur 5 min entfernt vom Konnos Bay Gardens liegt. Im Endeffekt war es gute 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt und auch weiter weg vom Flughafen. Zudem mussten wir am nächsten Morgen mit dem Auto extra zum Konnos Bay fahren und nach einem Parkplatz suchen anstatt direkt loswandern zu können. Das Bereitstellen des Zimmers in dem anderen Hotel wurde vom Konnos Bay Gardens organisiert und für uns entstanden keine extra kosten. Trotzdem wäre es wünschenswert gewesen früher von der Überbuchung zu erfahren, um noch umplanen zu können anstatt bei der Anreise vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt zu werden.

Posizione fronte fermate bus, taxi e parcheggio.
Se giri nudo per la stanza decine di persone ti fisseranno.
Posizione ottima.
Camera grande ma di qualità post apocalittica.
Ventola del bagno che sembra un boing 787.
Letti inspiegabilmente comodi.
Siamo andati via un giorno prima pagando un giorno in più perché non c'è la facevamo più.

The location is excellent, the rooms are simple, but have everything one needs. The service is very friendly and willing to help. Great value for the price! Great view from windows.

The place has 2 advantages, its location with is close to spectacular Connos bay and a very friendly front reception. Well, the rest...
The room was old and not kept good, almost no pressure in the shower, additionally you have to wait for a white for a decent warm water. The ceiling has prints of the shoes and mummified bugs ????
House keeping is reduced to only empting a dustbin.
You can't lock the room from inside, neither with a door buckle nor a chain (was none). Seriously.

An der Konnos Bay gelegen, ca. 500m zum Strand, aber Bergab über Schotterwege. Für Übernachtigungen ganz ok, als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing, zum Badeurlaub würde ich was anderes suchen. Badezimmer ist sehr alt, auch der Rest der Einrichtung, Kühlschrank muss man über Nacht ausschalten, da er ziemlich laut ist.

It's like walking back into '93 and I love it!

Clean, comfy twin beds (we pushed them together), good amount of plugs and sea view. Plus, the aircon works perfectly.

Cooking area is basic but clean with a good selection of utensils for kitchen. Fridge is a mini fridge with a freezer box - not a tiny drinks fridge.

You can leave your patio and front door open for a nice breeze. And it's very peaceful sitting out on the balcony in the evening.

We've had a cleaner every other day, so far, who has cleaned up and changed towels and bedding. Extra pillows, comforter (I think that's an American thing) and blankets in the room.

Basic but excellent value for money.

This is a budget hotel, not fancy at all, the fridge was rusty on the outside, and the water pressure in the showers is really low. With that said, a hotel like this can still be run in a good or a bad way. And KBG is actually really good. The rooms are big, they are equipped with whatever you need. The place seemed clean and tidy. All rooms have a balcony, and they all face towards the sea (although some might have the view blocked from across the road). There is a good little convenience store located with the reception. A couple or three restaurants are within walking-distance. You are far from Ayia Napa, so the place is quiet (unless some of the guests are not). And, of course, Connos Beach is just down the road, so you will be there before others. Would definitely revisit.
