Our room was a free upgrade - 2 bedrooms (twin and standard double), along with a living/ dining area fitted with 2 sofa beds, a kitchenette and a small TV. This opened up onto a balcony which could also be accessed via the standard double. Suitable for a family with young children, it was more than enough for our needs. Kitchenette, though not needed, had crockery provided, with a kettle, hob and fridge freezer. Cleaning staff tried their best, but often would clean the rooms even if sign was not left on the doors. Even when requested via sign, bed sheets would not be changed. And towels would automatically be replaced. Which sometimes was not necessary as they hadn't been used/weren't dirty. Bring your own shampoo/body wash the 3-in-1 option available is not the greatest quality.
The food (we were all inclusive) was acceptable but not memorable. Selection catered to every requirement. Mocktails, with their creative names, all tasted the same. Cocktails were good (no pina coladas, pay extra to have that tailor made at the bar...) , though the alcohol content variable. The bar for all inclusive is available until 11pm, from which alcohol and coffee can be obtained.
There is a spa on site, but a separate contractor organises , who are not based in the hotel so ring them instead of waiting in the spa reception ! Excellent massages, though costly.
3 pools in total plus a shallow kid splash area. One of the pools is indoor and was under renovation during our visit. Found the activity schedule run for non water sports took the kids away from the main pools at various intervals. There's also a kids club.
Adjoined to the hotel is a sports bar, not included in all inclusive.
The near by King's Mall Avenue is gorgeous, with many recognisable brands. Bakeries, tourist shops pharmacies and restaurants are also dotted about.
Jedzenie codziennie się powtarza prócz kolacji, która codziennie jest inna. Głównie hotel pod Anglików więc jedzenie i również (bekon, fasolka, codziennie jajka). Animacje głównie dla dzieci, nie spotkałam się przez tydzień z animacjami dla dorosłych. Basen w środku był w remoncie, mimo tego, że były inne na zewnątrz to brak miejsca bo od samego świtu ludzie zajmują wszystkie leżaki. Do morza spacerem 10/15min w zależności od człowieka. Do Zamku w Pafos, promenady i parku około do 20min. (autobus 618 niedaleko hotelu lub 615 spod galerii). Można również dojechać busami, które jeżdżą w sumie jak chcą więc można się czasami pogubić na początku. Niedaleko hotelu sklep, rzut beretem. Obsługa hotelowa nie najgorsza, na terenie hotelu mini market (ceny wyższe oczywiście), znajdują się automaty z grami i bilard, każda gra płatna 2€. Wifi bardzo dobre jak na taką ilość osób w hotelu. Drinki słabe, plus za lody i przekąski. Ogólnie dla mnie 4/5, polecam głównie dla osób z dziećmi a dla osób chętnych się wyciszyć znacznie odraczam panuje tam chaos.

All in all that's the only thing to say is would return again .ohmy on big wing is às we went at the beginning f October was su0rd at the amount of children of school age there at the same time

Plenty of food at the buffet. Would definitely go back to stay again. Have come back again 3 years later. Excellent as I would expect ????

הילדים נהנו.
Byliśmy zakwaterowani w dużym, dwupokojowym apartamencie w części Garden. Pokój odmalowany, meble nowe, sprawna klimatyzacja, bezpłatny sejf, WiFi i okropny widok z okna na rozpadający się budynek z naprzeciwka (bardzo blisko), w związku z czym praktycznie cały czas zasłony były zamknięte). W mojej opinii maksymalnie 2,5*.
Za to obsługa rewelacyjna 5* - jeszcze nigdy nie byłem w hotelu gdzie była tak przyjazna i pomocna! Nawet prośby, które skierowałem do hotelu mailowo przed przybyciem były spełnione w dniu naszego przyjazdu.
Jedzenie też świetne - prawie nie było potraw, które by nam nie smakowały, a codziennie było kilka nowości. Pomimo wizyt głównie w szczycie stolik i jego okolice zawsze czyściutkie, obsługa zainteresowana i uśmiechnięta (no tylko "wodzianki" w okienku mogły by się częściej uśmiechać...).
Dwa bary: Dolphin i drugi w drodze do zjezdzalni. W Dolphin obsługa ok, a w drugim mega: Pozdrawiam Rezi'ego i jego mamę!
Napoje nie oszukane, alkohole dobrej jakości, dość duża karta AI.
Położenie ok: w pobliżu dwa markety, przystanek linii 610 (łączącej stare miasto i port). Linia 615 (port i Coral Bay) w odległości około 800-900 metrów, tuż przy galerii handlowej. Niestety dość daleko od portu, więc albo porządny spacer do portu, albo linia 610.
Reasumując było fajnie i będę mile wspominać pobyt.

One major plus was the entertainment in the evenings. The external shows that the hotel brought in were great (namely the fire show) but also the entertainment lead by the staff was very good fun.
A big thank you to all the entertainment staff. Noah was a legend. And also bar staff Susette and Natalay, they couldn't have been more friendly and attentive.
I'm sure we will be back in the not to distant future and we will be recommending to others.

החדרים נקיים מאוד, השירות מצויין.
הבריכות מהממות ופארק המים לילדים פשוט מושלם!
מבחינת האוכל- אין מגוון כל כך רחב, לשומרי הכשרות המון המון המון סוגי חזיר אז זה מגביל מאוד, יחד עם זאת יש מנות דג למיניהם ומנות צמחוניות אז ניתן להסתדר. לא הייתי מוותרת על החוויה הכללית בגלל האוכל.
ממליצה מאוד.
Food was great! Some minor issues of I think breakfast should be extended to 11/11:30am and dinner pushed back a bit.
Few issues with food- raw meat balls and very fatty meat dishes. The children’s food corner was good but could have had more consistency e.g fish fingers and chicken nuggets on every night as my autistic son struggled to eat anything what he wasn’t familiar with. Other than that food was gorgeous!
However room was a bit of a let down.
As soon as we walked in and took our shoes off our feet got covered in dirt/dust. Light switches that don’t do anything. Light fitting covers hanging off Moving on to the bathroom soap dispensers weren’t filled up and no hand soap to wash your hands!
A pained bath, to try and update it!? When having a shower it wasn’t draining properly as they painted the plug hole, so up to your ankles were getting a bath!
Cracked tiles above the shower.
Towels are a bit on the small side, hand towel for body towel. Also the towel are discoloured(grey) compared to some of the other white ones.
Paint over vents.
Light removed in the bedroom and hole covered with a plastic cover. And switch not removed!
Grease marks on the wardrobe doors
Dust over the floor and bedside tables
Paint, pen and dirt marks all over the curtains.
They said the room had air con and it’s just an air system that does nothing, we spoke to reception and they sent maintenance up with a tapped up fan they had previously tried to repair, it doesn’t rotate it’s in one setting and is very noisy.
From around 8pm it gets quite noisy around the bar till about 11pm so don’t expect to get much sleep around then. The kids struggled to get sleep.
