I especially want to mention masseuse Nana, who skillfully eased my tensions and provided unforgettable experiences thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail. The spa treatments at the hotel were also top-notch.
I can't forget to mention the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The pool, sports facilities, and walking areas added extra fun and relaxation to my vacation.
Overall, the hotel left me with the most pleasant impressions, and I confidently recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind.

The hotel is brand new so everything is state of the art - not always comfortable though, like very low sofas.
The biggest problem is the very bad service and lack of professionalism. Things should work like a clock: they do not. The Japanese restaurant had the better service. Service at breakfast was not bad either. The worst service was down at the beach restaurant, where food was good but came in tiny portions and with unchilled drinks, after several reminders. The romance was gone by then.
The buffet breakfast is very good.
Staff get to work long hours under the strong summer sun - that was not good hotel policy.
Given the high prices for everything, everywhere should be perfect.
