OINOESSA BOUTIQUE HOUSES

The staff is very limited and you can tell the owner cuts costs here as it’s always the same personnel doing multiple different jobs (like cooking, cleaning the pool, serving the spa, taking new guests at the reception). They are always polite and make you feel at home though. Christos and the cook, Elephtheria, made our stay extra special. Her homemade food is excellent and she adapted the menu to our needs. This is quite unique and we are thankful for that.
The hotel is in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. The spa is very good as well, hot sauna and steam, perfect to warm up in a cold night.
The breakfast wasn't something special regarding how much you pay for the night. Yogurt with fruits and marmalades (the one from berries of this village was amazing),one small plate with cheese and rosto-salami and eggs if you want too. I was expecting more.
Sauna and steam bath was the literally splendid. Because isn't so spacious just have in your mind to book your session (1h max they said).
Bottom line: overpriced
For the money you pay I would have expected a little more to be honest. Maybe some wood for the fireplace instead of having to pay alot extra.
Two hobs in the kitchen didn't work as no gas. I was cooking for 6 which made it a little difficult. I did ask but they said no gas ????????♀️
However we managed so all good.
A full length mirror in the bathroom would of been nice but I stood on chair so again...all good.
Breakfast there was a small selection for vegetarians. No oat or soya milk on hand and yogurt and cheese were not vegetarian either.
They did tell us on the second day they did omelette on request but no sign anywhere to suggest this. We had a Vege omelette and it was lovely.
Tomato and fresh fruit were lovely and a nice selection of bread which could be toasted. Yum. There was cake but I didnt try ..it looked lovely.
Great coffee too. My friend had a latte and said it was amazing.
Kitchen staff lovely and very hard working. Thank you.
Rooms lovely. pillows and duvet lush and I slept like a log..perfect.
Would definitely go back.
Many thanks ????????
