-The sink didn't drain at all (they should fix it if it’s 5 stars)
- breakfast could have more choice
- refill of drinking water (even after they clean the room they don’t)
The area is nice but a bit far from everything

Front of house staff even remembered me from previous years, which I thought is a testament to their attentiveness. Nice atmosphere, very clean and right by the Palace gardens for a nice stroll

Don’t expect a 5 star experience. Hotel and service was mediocre does not at all compare or deserve to be in the same category as any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at around the world.
Housekeeping staff was nice and did a great job, but that’s about it. Staff wouldn’t open the door or greet you when you walked in.
Rooms and hotel were dated.
Breakfast was good but the food at both their restaurants were mediocre at best. Even the Michelin one, Bahia.
Spa and gym were good.

Ms. Jasmine, in the front desk, was very helpful to any queries. She was very patient to any questions. Mr Rashmeed, was always so delightful to chat with and very helpful with our luggage. Ms. Julie and Ms. Ednalyn in the caprice lounge were blessings. We met with old friends in the lounge, and they were very attentive and made brunch go very seamlessly. We left an item in the hotel, Mr. Sandro helped us locate it promptly.
The breakfast selection was ok. Location is center of everything. During our stay, the executive lounge was inaccessible.

Hotel je opravdao ocekivanja, čista desetka! Prostor, park, sobe, usluga... A tek hrana! Raj za sladokusce.
Samo mesto je mirno, mladi bi rekli pasivno, ali je ovo najzelenije mesto na Malti koje smo videli.
Obavezno posetite obliznje vrtove.
Hotel je u luksuznom, staromodnom ( u najboljem smislu reci), otmenom stilu.

J’ai séjourné à l’hotel du 18 au 26 aout 2023 ma fille est tombé malade la responsable à proposer d'appeler un docteur celui ci est venus vers 19 h30 à déposé la facture à la réception le lendemain surprise il avais facturé 150 euros la visite, le personnel ne parlant pas français donc pas d explication j’ai du payer pensant que je serais remboursé par ma mutuel en france j’ai réglé. Apparement je ne le serais pas. Merci pour tout le doc relisez le serment d’Hippocrate.
C’est HONTEUX que l’hotel cautionne ce genre de pratique.
Nous avons eu des problèmes de télécommande de télévision et d'un interrupteur dans notre chambre, alors j'ai appelé la réception pour vérifier. Ils ont dit qu'ils enverraient quelqu'un, personne ne s'est présenté pendant des jours. (Aucun commentaire 2)
Et la réception donnait l'impression qu'ils ne savaient pas ce qui se passait à la piscine extérieure, et le serveur du responsable de la piscine manquait de cohérence dans sa déclaration. Nous n'avons pas réussi à commander des collations trois jours de suite. Un jour, il a dit que la cuisine fermait à 6 heures, il a dit d'essayer un peu plus tôt la prochaine fois. Puis nous avons essayé à 17h30 le lendemain, et nous avons encore échoué. Puis le lendemain à 5 heures il se réfugie pour prendre notre commande. C'était juste après avoir vu quelqu'un récupérer ses jetons et c'était plus tôt la veille, donc j'ai été très déçu et j'ai demandé quand ils arrêtaient de recevoir des commandes et il n'a pas répondu et a dit de manière agressive : "Alors, qu'est-ce que tu veux ?" (horribles retours). Et nous ne pouvions toujours pas commander. Ils n'avaient pas d'heures d'ouverture écrites dans le menu, de sorte que nous ne pouvions jamais savoir quand ils arrêtaient de servir au bord de la piscine.
Il y a du personnel aimable comme le portier, des jeunes à temps partiel au bar de la piscine, mais l'hôtel a besoin d'une meilleure gestion ou d'un meilleur traitement pour ses employés afin qu'ils puissent faire leur travail.
Nous voulions juste que ce soit un hébergement calme et propre avec le bon service que nous avons payé, mais franchement, j'avais eu un meilleur service avec d'autres hôtels 3 étoiles, 4 étoiles. J'aimerais pouvoir avoir une meilleure lune de miel. J'adorerais aller à Malte mais je trouverai certainement un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Seul bémol la climatisation un peu bruyante et l’emplacement pas trop idéal

Je suis désolé d'apprendre les désagréments causés par la climatisation dans la chambre. J'aurais aimé que nous ayons l'occasion de vous aider à ce sujet. Je suis découragée de lire que la situation de l'hôtel, au centre de l'île, n'était pas idéale pour vous.
