Hotel encima de un pequeño centro comercial, buen servicio y habitaciones aunque son interiores sin luz natural. Buen desayuno.

Outstanding hotel, we even got a free upgrade to a spa room. Really enjoyed our time here, nice base location to explore gozo. Clean rooms, good service, nice staff, good breakfast ????
Only downside was that it can be a little bit noisy in the mornings when other guests go for breakfast quite early.

Free upgrade with own jacuzzi on the terrace. Enormous room directly above a shopping mall with supermarket open from 07.30 to midnight.

Das ist kein 3-Sternehotel, das ist mit Sicherheit ein 4-Sternehotel ... und das in jeder Hinsicht!
Tolle Zimmer auf den oberen Etagen, traumhafte Terrassen (Room 509!!!) mit attraktiv großen Jacuzzis, lässig-lichter Frühstücksraum mit teilweiser Rundum-Verglasung und sehr gutem Leckereien-Frühstück ... und überall sichtbare Sauberkeit!
Danke für eure Freundlichkeit und den brillanten Service, wir haben jede Stunde genossen!
Ein spezielles MERCI an die Ladies vom Frühstücks-Buffet und vor allem an den äußerst engagierten "Organisator" unseres herrlichen Barbarossa-Boat-Trips. Ihr alle wart einfach TIP-TOP !!!

Perfektes Hotel um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage ist mehr als Top! Der Busbahnhof ist nur 5 Min entfernt und hier fahren Bus zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten - ein Mietwagen ist daher nicht nötig. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man sich wünscht, hier wird auf Nachhaltigkeit (durch kleine Portionen) sehr geachtet. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend. Beim CheckIn wurde uns alles genau erklärt und auch super Restaurant empfohlen (die Pizzeria gegenüber ist der Wahnsinn). Unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool war sehr groß, geläufig und total sauber - wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch die Shoppingmal unterhalb hat nicht gestört, im Gegenteil der Supermarkt hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben.

It shows the first on booking so I made a reservation here, but I was intended to do in other country. I didn't stay on the hotel so I can't say nothing about it. But the hotel cancelled my booking without extra fees and pretty fast, so 5 starts to them for the service

Albergo molto bello e PULITO, scritto in maiuscolo non per errore ma perché era veramente pulito.
Personale gentile e disponibile sopratutto attenti alle intolleranze alimentari.
Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito un kit da disegno per il nostro bimbo, e per la prima volta in camera abbiamo trovato anche la vaschetta e un mini accappatoio per il suo bagnetto.

I have never felt so special as during our stay at The Duke. Sharon, Jason and the rest of the team have treated us like visiting Royals. I could get used to this…
With marvellous views from our terrace of the fairytale citadel, morning saunas, hamam showers and refreshing dips in our private fizzing Jacuzzi, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed on holiday.
The room and terrace were so lovely we ended up dining on room service (delicious, and generously portioned) on the balcony as the town began to simmer into life beneath us. Then we headed out for a few cocktails.
We were so well looked after, I’m not sure we really needed to bring anything with us - and beneath the hotel is a cute mall, where guests of the Duke get discounts. There’s all the essentials, including coffee shop, plus an outstanding Greens for wine, cheese and ham, and even a toy shop with board games. I indulged.
It’s the little touches that really made me feel special- a tote bag with beach, towel and slippers, embroidered dressing gowns, complimentary water, anniversary Prosecco, a well stocked mini bar, a coffee machine and even a lovely key card that appears to be made of wood… Could such a thing exist? It even feels nice to touch. I must investigate wooden keys.
We stayed three nights. I wish it had been three weeks. We will return! Thank you xx

From the check-in to the check-out one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel for very long time. First of all the staff at the Duke Hotel was amazing: very helpful and courteous. Second the room was very clean and beautiful, but the breakfast was the top of our stay.

We booked the hotel for the first time for our anniversary but surely not our last visit ! The service was amazing from the start. They upgraded our room with sauna and hamam which made our holiday even greater. The rooms are neat and super clean and they also had netflix installed in there tv .. so we were never bored ! And finally the best part was breakfast in bed before we left ????.

We loved it! Amazing breakfast (and they cater to food intolerances); genuinely friendly staff and a great central location near to the bus station which takes you all over the island for day trips. Plus there is a superb supermarket and deli downstairs. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us!

Fantastisch en behulpzame mensen, echt chapeau! Mooi en schoon hotel, fijne sfeer en lekker ontbijt. Waarom dan 4 sterren? De gangen zijn ontzettend luidruchtig. Elke ochtend werd ik wakker van de schoonmaaksters (niet hun schuld, je werk moet je doen en zij doen dat perfect) die bezig waren, ook van de andere hotelgasten die over de gang liepen. Kan ook aan onze kamer liggen die in een smalle, maar drukke gang lag, toch een beetje jammer soms als je de avond er voor iets te veel cocktails had gedronken. Verder: TOP!

Great stay at the best hotel in Gozo. 3 star is not enough for this hotel, this should be a 5 star hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms, very clean, with attention to detail to provide everything required. Breakfast 10/10, with gluten free options, staff members were attentive to check that everything was ok. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, free car parking if you book directly through their website. The room was large and the shower was just perfect. Interconnected rooms are noisy as you can hear everything through the door between the rooms.

Super Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Bestes Hotelfrühstück was ich je erlebt habe (in einem Land wo engl. Breakfast Standard ist :-( ). Toller Service. Jederzeit wieder :-)

What a fantastic hotel, the staff particularly were very helpful, kind and friendly!! We had one of our best stays here on our 6 week holiday.
The room was spacious, the dining space had spectacular views, and the food was great! Breakfast was spectacular and you can order dinner in the main dining area overlooking the city.
Their massage therapist Jim was excellent and came to our room for our treatments! As a sports therapist from the UK, Jim was able to help both my wife and I with various pains from our long travels.
Also we should mention that the hotel catered to my wife’s gluten allergy and had many options! Even making special French Toast and Pancakes!
We would recommend this hotel every time!

J'ai pris une chambre pour 3 nuits grâce au site Agoda j'ai payé 186€ au total avec petit déjeuner inclus. La chambre est spacieuse, la fenêtre donne sur la cours intérieure. Hôtel propre. Le personnel est très aidant et à votre service. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Petit bémol les portes qui sont mal insonorisées, je me suis réveillée assez tôt à cause des clients dans le couloir qui passaient.
Très bonne expérience quand même, je recommande.
Le personnel m'a aussi fait la liste des choses à visiter sur l'île.
