We were overcharged EUR 22 because we were travelling with our 5 year old son, and this charge was supposed to be for an extra bed which we have never received. Hence my rating for the service is very bad. Location is good, rooms are okay.

Hemos estado un finde semana en Madrid y escogimos este hotel por la ubicación que es excelente también porque es pets friendly ya que siempre viajamos con nuestro perrito y la verdad súper bien con toda la familia ! Un personal súper agradable y por no hablar de las habitaciones que nos resultaron preciosas , cocina , microondas,nevera … y un mueble bar que tiene de todo y bien de precio ! Volveremos sin duda ! Está situado en una calle muy cuca de la cual bajas del hotel y está llena de restaurantes y bares musicales ! Maravilloso ????

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en vuestro hotel. Tanto por la comodidad cómo por el gran servicio y amabilidad de sus trabajadores. Ha sido un gustazo poder viajar con nuestra perrita. Volveremos en nuestra vuelta a Madrid sin dudarlo!

Restaurante Decadente. Que está en la planta baja, buena comida y personal muy amable. Los postres extraordinarios. Calidad precio muy asequible, tres personas con un costo aproximado de 30 € cubierto.

Suite Prado is a small and lovely hotel close to many restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Mexican, Argentinian, Peruvian), cafes, plazas (squares) and places of interest. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful, whether for information about the hotel or places to see and directions.

Our room was well-appointed and surprisingly spacious: separate bedroom (comfy bed), and living room with a small kitchenette. We had a choice of three French balconies from which to view the street and activity.

I would certainly stay at Suite Prado again and recommend it to all my friends. A lovely place.

Hotel muy centrico, habitaciones espaciosas, pero le falta un lavado de cara, desayuno lo llevan a la habitación, en mi caso una desventaja. Si tienes que salir pronto,

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta para conocer todo el centro de Madrid. A poco que andes, estás cerca de todo. Además, tienen un acuerdo con el parking de plaza de Santa Ana y te hacen un 20% de dto. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor es el personal, muy atentos y agradables. Mirian y sus compañeros han estado de 10. Gracias!

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Madrid. Alle kamers zijn suites en anders ingericht. Het inchecken gaat snel en de medewerkers zijn allen vriendelijk en helpen je graag op weg in Madrid. Wij hadden kamer 104. Ruime kamer met twee bedden, bureau met stoel en zithoek. Ook is er een kitchenette. Badkamer is vrij klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamervloer wordt wat nat bij het douchen, aangezien het een inloopdouche is met een halve glaswand. Twee ramen met uitzicht op straat, maar goed geïsoleerd, dus geen overlast. Kamer is naast de lift en deze hoor je wel, maar niet hinderlijk. Hotel ligt in een winkelstraat zonder parkeergarage. Dit kan in een nabijgelegen garage.

It was very dissapointing the way we were treated today. We stay at this hotel often with family, friends, and business. Our flight from the United States was overbooked and unfortunately we were not able to make it to Madrid today, 5/25/23. The hotel was not able to honor our request not to lose our night. A hotel of this value if they had good business practice they would offer the client the night at a future date, but obviously they do not have it. We will surely never stay at this location again and will ensure to advise our business partners, family and friends of the approach that was taken. Thank you.

Un accueil sympathique et efficace. Le personnel fait de son mieux pour rendre votre séjour agréable. L'appartement était bien conçu, clair, spacieux, donnant sur une petite rue plutôt animée la nuit. Joli salle de bain avec baignoire et bidet, ce qui est rare. Seul point faible, la kitchenette mal équipée et vieillotte qui nécessiterait d'être rénovée.
