El lujo en pleno centro, genial el Afternoon Tea, vamos todos los años. El resto de Servicios Spa, habitaciones y restauración es ideal.
No apto para todas las mentes ni bolsillos.

A most excellent experience at this Four Seasons. Some small inconveniences due to city events and construction in the area, but overall the service and attentiveness of staff was fantastic.

El botones no is indicó muy amablemente la salida pidiéndonos que no pasáramos la alfombra.

Service: From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist, making us feel welcomed and valued. A particularly lovely touch was the Easter greeting from the staff, which included a chocolate egg—a small gesture that added a warm, personal feel to our stay.

Food & Drinks: Dining at the hotel was a delight. We had dinner at Brasserie Dani, where the dishes were very well-prepared and satisfying. The highlight, however, was the Bar Isa. It's not just the exquisite cocktails that make Bar Isa stand out, but also the vibrant atmosphere, especially after 9 PM when a DJ plays, making it a lively spot for the evening.

Rooms: Our room was beautifully furnished, equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The inclusion of a Bose music box and a well-stocked minibar with a coffee station was a nice touch, enhancing the overall experience. The bathroom was spacious, and having a small balcony was a pleasant surprise, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our room.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities, including the spa area with a pool and fitness center, greatly contribute to its appeal. The terrace by the pool offers a stunning view of the city, providing a serene spot to relax and take in the beauty of Madrid.

Wow what an experience! The best massage I ever had. Had the long strokes with lots of warm oil. They work with chakras and it was wonderful and relaxing. The hotel is so nice, outside facade is beautiful and the whole experience is ultra luxurious and the staff so so kind. 450 for 2 massages. Pricy so it’s a luxury experience and I found it worth it. You can use the steam room and showers after but keep in mind swimming pool will not be available on weekends to you unless you’re staying as a guest at the hotel
