Siempre que voy a Madrid me alojó en este hotel aparte del buen trato, habitaciónes muy cómodas y limpias..El trato del personal muy bueno..y no menos importante para cuando voy en coche el parking..

Estuve en el hotel hace dos semanas muy mala experiencia al levantarme para ducharme me resbalé en el plato de ducha que resbalaba un montón me caí para atrás me hice un derrame en la cadera se me inflamó el codo cuando bajar recepción lo comenté y me dijeron que iban a mandar a una de la limpieza para que limpiara digo no consiste en eso sino que el plato de ducha resbala muchísimo además no había ni un agarrador ni se preocuparon en decirme si necesitaba un médico si llamaban a alguien ellos indudablemente tienen que tener un seguro solo se dedicaron a decir que lo sentían y nada más regresé a mi sitio de origen y al día siguiente cuando ya me fui de allí tenía un dolor terrible lo que era la cadera el cuello se me inflamó mucho el codo llamé al hotel para hablar con él director y lo que más aluciné es que me dice que no había sido culpa de ellos ya ahí me enfadé bastante porque además no habían tomado además de ninguna precaución nada ningún tipo de ayuda solo se dedicaron a decir que lo sentían esto desde luego no va a quedar así porque los voy a demandar pero lo dejo aquí claro para quien vaya al hotel tengan muchísimo cuidado con los baños no se vayan a romper un hueso y si les pasa algo vayan al médico directamente allí o les exigen el seguro para que no tengan problemas posteriores aunque yo lo voy a solucionar todo gracias y queda dicho ya

Got there at 10.45a.m. and we had our rooms straight away ,which was a good start. I got up next morning to find a red stain on my duvet by my feet. First, I thought I cut myself , but I didn't it was folded under the mattress. Took a picture to show the person who was at the reception, who was totally shocked. They apologised and said that they will send someone upstairs to the room to have a look and change the sheets. Which they did, and the whole room got a fresh look. The shower was nice, but kept turning hot, then cold by itself, which was really annoying. We went on a bed and breakfast basis and could not fault the breakfast.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Posizione comodissima vicino alla metro e anche a piedi alcuni siti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Camera ampia con finestra anche nel bagno. Spazio guardaroba davvero minimal ma accettabile. Servizio attento, la signora Sofia gentilissima. Colazione varia e assortita. Pulizia nella media. Madrid è molto bella e merita sicuramente. Ci ritornerei volentieri

룸 컨디션이 매우 좋습니다. 침구류도 깨끗합니다. 방음은 안되는게 약간 아쉽습니다.
위치는 주요 관광지(마요르 광장, 솔 광장, 산 미구엘 시장)와 가까운 편이며, 직원분들도 친절했습니다.

Muy cerca del centro en una buena zona. El único inconveniente son algunas noches la discoteca que tiene enfrente, pero todas las veces que me he quedado con mi familia no he tenido ningún problema. Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas. El personal es muy amable.

Siempre que vamos a Madrid nos alojamos allí. Ubicación un 10. Estás cerca de prácticamente todo. En media horita estás en plaza mayor y hay muchos restaurantes cerca del hotel.

Hôtel très confortable avec parking. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très disponible et agréable. Un plus, la piscine à remous sur le toit. Bon emplacement pour départ visite de Madrid à pieds.
