They really don’t give a @@ about customers and their needs.
Never open on time.
The toilet is closed even when they are already working.

Auf der Homepage steht 18 Uhr, die Jungs hatten aber schon 16:50 keine Lust mehr. Toilette wurde einem Verweigert. Sehr schlechter Service.

A welcomed place if you have forgotten to take your food with you - or enough water. Yet, quite packed, expensive and the noise of the electric generator is ultimately impacting the pleasure to reach the end of this great walk.

Nach einer Wanderung bei strahlender Sonne und zu wenig Wasser waren wir so dankbar, diese Oase unter Palmen gefunden zu haben! Das Essen war super frisch und lecker, das Personal gut drauf und freundlich. Das WC mit Privatsphäre und laufendem Wasser ist bei so einer Wanderung mehr als 1 Euro wert!

They don’t stick to opening hours and give a s .about customers. Hadn’t tried any food but if it is same as the service than I would say, take your own drinks and snacks for the hike :)

Staff is very unfriendly. We came during opening ours and asked if we can order something. Staff was very arrogant and did not want to tell us when could we order something to eat or drink. Would not recommend to anyone!

Finally got here to finally use a toilet but have to pay for it. And then one have to wait for ten minutes to use one of two dirty toilets. Shameless…

Ich schreibe sonst gerne durchweg positive Rezensionen, aber hier muss ich mal eine Ausnahme machen.
Sehr aufdringliche Personen die wollen, dass man mit dem Taxi Boot zurückfährt. Sie schrecken nicht davon ab, sie bei ihrem Essen/Trinken/Gespräch am Tisch zu unterbrechen um sie zu fragen. WC kostet 1€ Gebühr, das finde ich im Gegensatz zu den anderen Rezensenten Ok. Bedienung ok, wirkt gelangweilt und abwesend.
