Ordered 2 pasta dishes - spinach and ricotta ravioli & truffle pasta & both had zero taste whatsoever. The ravioli had water seeping out of it & the truffles had no taste when usually they would be very rich & you’d be able to smell them.
We let the staff know we weren’t happy & the head waiter laughed in our face & told us we were wrong!
Absolutely disgusting customer service & not sure how this restaurant has so many positive reviews as was not our experience.

Muy buen restaurant, ubicado a dos pasos de la Fontana di Trevi. La atención fue muy amable y rápida. La comida estuvo muy bien. Probamos unos platos de cerdo y cordero que estaban muy ricos, y a precios muy razonables, más teniendo en cuenta el lugar. Como estaba frío y afuera estaba completo, preferimos comer adentro para no esperar.

Un endroit magique situé près de la fontaine de Trevi dans un quartier animé , des repas de qualité et un service chaleureux et bienveillant !
Une expérience incroyablement humaine pour les enfants et moi même !! Je recommande !!

Juan nos ha atendido fenomenal, es un profesional. La comida muy rica. El precio es un poco más caro que en otros sitios pero realmente merece la pena.

Everything was great. We tried carbonara and pizza Margarita and both of them were very good. The only reason why I don’t give five stars is because of the service. They enforced us to bring bottles of water even though we didn’t want because it’s bottle cost three euros And they gave us three bottles so we paid about €10 in water

Tolles Ambiente im Restaurant und sehr aufmerksamer Service. So nahe am Fontana di Trevi würde man vielleicht eine Touristenfalle erwarten, aber das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Bistecca di Manzo war ein Traum und das zu fairen Preisen!

First meal in Rome was a great success! The pasta was perfectly al dente and the rabbit stew was a nice surprise outside of the usual suspects on an Italian menu

If you like artichokes at all - get it! This was amazing, perfectly buttery texture that just melts in your mouth

You wouldn’t suspect such a good restaurant between two of the most touristy places (Trevi fountain and Spanish steps). The food was so good that we had to eat here twice.

Absolutely delicious food, some of the best pasta we’ve ever eaten! We stayed in Rome for 4 nights and ate here twice!
Staff were really friendly and spoke good English. Amazing wine menu, so much choice!
If/when we are back in Rome, we will definitely be eating here!

Ik raad deze plaats niet aan.
Het ziet er schattig uit en het is dichtbij Trevi, maar we hebben 45min moeten wachten op bediening en de bediening was niet vriendelijk.

Our second trip to Il Chianti...
We were there a few years ago, and remembered it well. 2nd time, we stayed outside Rome, and travelled especially to eat here.

Had the cheese & meat platter - which was delicious, artichoke pasta, and the arrabiatta pasta. Finished with the Tiramisu.

La comida estaba buena. Nos pedimos un plato de embutidos de carne que costaba 20 euros. Y nos cobraron un plato con mas coste. Tenia el mismo nombre pero mas costoso. Nos dimos cuenta cuando ya habíamos pagado.

Metto tre stelle per il servizio perché i camerieri super gentili, ma il proprietario(?) no. Sono anni che vado a mangiare lì e sono sempre stati impeccabili e gentili. Non so se hanno cambiato gestione, ma l’ultima volta (ieri sera) che sono andata al momento di pagare situazione imbarazzante: conto da 128€ da dividere in tre e siamo arrivate alla cassa e ci è stato chiesto se avessimo già fatto la divisione, al che noi rispondiamo che approssimativamente erano 42€, a questo punto il proprietario dubbioso rifà la divisione ed erano 42,60€ a testa e alla fine ci fa pagare 43€ a testa. Mi sembra assurdo attaccarsi ai centesimi, con un conto del genere e per un ristorante di questo calibro. Tra cui 18€ per tre amari (solitamente sempre offerti)

Accueil plus que moyen

Nous avons été très déçu par ce restaurant. Vous faites la queue devant la porte mais si vous n avez pas donné votre nom au préalable à l'intérieur, on ne vous considérera pas. Bien sûr, rien ne vous indique que vous devez vous inscrire quelquepart.
Nous avons été 2 couples ce soir a pâtir de ce manque d organisation. Nous avons eu beau expliqué au serveur que tout le monde attendait dans l' ordre d arrivée et qu'il n'etait pas normal que des gens arrivés après nous passent avant nous, il n'a rien voulu comprendre. Lassés et dépités d avoir attendu 30 min pour rien nous avons choisi un autre restaurant. Dommage car ma compagne voulait vraiment essayer ce restaurant recommandé par un célèbre guide, mais devant l attitude du serveur, c est elle qui a tourné les talons!
Le pire c est le comportement du serveur qui a bien compris que la moitié des gens ont simplement fait la queue et attendait d être placés sans se douter qu il fallait donner un nom mais qui agit comme si de rien n'était... Bref mauvaise expérience !
