Abbinamenti inusuali e forse un po’ arditi, ma sicuramente frutto di tanta ricerca, ed il risultato sono piatti molto ben riusciti! Saporì che rispettano le materie prime di ottima qualità. Servizio attento e molto piacevole. Molto consigliato

Excellent relaxed lunch and service at this stylish open kitchen restaurant serving moderately re-created versions of Roman classics without sacrificing taste! We loved watching the crew at work. the pre fixe meals are also a very good deal; ours included their rich and flavorful baby pig and a reimagined pasta carbonara. Compliments to the chef and staff!

Un sitio donde no solo comer pizza y pasta Aunque el servicio fue muy agradable y el ambiente también…. aspira a ser alta cocina pero no acaba de rematar. Muchas salsas similares que parecen más francesas que italiana en el risoto o la carbonara o un tiramisú apoyado en un suizo que no estaba muy conseguido. Tal vez no tuvimos suerte con los platos. En cualquier caso, un buen sitio si se busca algo alternativo al puro italiano y quieres pagar algo más.

Fuimos a parar a Cecilia Santa Cucina de casualidad paseando por el Trastevere. La carta del restaurante ya te anticipa que los platos son de alta calidad. No es la típica carta que encuentras en muchos restaurantes de Roma. Aún así pedimos rigatoni carbonara...pero también maiale, tartar sobre una alcachofa crujiente y rissoto de anguila... todo increíble. El postre no nos dejó indiferentes, pues no era el típico tiramisú sino una brutal optimización! Nos encantó la autenticidad y el buen producto! Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a Roma!

Waanzinnig gegeten! Heerlijke wijn, prachtige én lekkere gerechten en de sfeer is erg gemoedelijk. Ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam personeel ook. Michelin waardig!

Cecilia was a complete HIGHLIGHT of our time in Rome!

We arrived and were seated by the incredible owner! He paired each course of our meal with the perfect natural wine that complimented the food so beautifully!

Our favourite dish of the evening was the caprese chicken – do yourself a favour and try it! The do it yourself tiramisu was so much fun and so tasty – the best way to end a meal!

Cecilia is one of those restaurants that my husband and I will long for while we reminisce of their perfect guanciale in their carbonara. When we return to Rome, we WILL be back to Cecilia!

Uno dei ristoranti migliori della zona, ricercatezza e raffinatezza nel gusto. Gnocchi ripieni di taleggio con genovese d'oca fenomenali, accompagnati da un ottimo vino consigliatoci. ???????? Chapeau

Buono, buono e ancora una volta BUONO! Le pietanze squisite! La carne che ho preso era di una morbidezza formidabile! Complementi pure al sommelier! Sono un po' difficile con i vini. Non è che faccio la difficile, e che alcuni vini mi danno delle reazioni strane. Questo vino che troverete nelle foto è perfetto! Ho potuto scambiare pure due parole con lo chef, per complimentarmi soprattutto, ma pure per sbirciare dentro la cucina :). Ancora grazie ! Spero di poter tornare presto.
PS. Torneremo con dovuto preavviso e prenotazione per poter goderci il tavolo più vicino alla vostra cucina a vista.

Local en centro del Trastevere de Roma. Experiencia culinaria única y con sabores nuevos. Carta pequeña però con platos elaborado y con detalle. Servicio perfecto y vino buonissimo. Todos muy atentos. Bravissimi a tutti quanti continuate così sono rimasto soddisfatto e felice di aver passato un pranzo da voi. Dovete provarlo.
