We hadn’t reserved a table but put us at one since that had many empty.
First of all the waiter ( a young guy mx 30 years old )was remarkable ,polite and happy.
The pasta wasn’t cooked correctly so half of it was hard to chew.
The steak had a chunk in the middle which made half of the steak inedible.
The bread ( just out of the oven ) was amazing one of the best I have eaten in my life.
I believe there are many other traditional trattorias to visit.

Sono decenni che Settimio delizia???????? i romani e i tanti turisti che lo frequentano e in questi decenni si è evoluto da semplice trattoria Romana a solidissimo ristorante.????
Il locale è molto carino (bonus per la saletta riservata all'ingresso), rinnovato, con un servizio cortese, professionale ed efficiente!❤️????
Tutto quello che mangerete è buono o molto buono???????? a partire dall' eccellente pane fatto in casa!
L'ampia alternativa tra piatti di terra e piatti di mare si fonda su ottime materie prime (con particolare attenzione a carni selezionate).
In sintesi: Settimio è un ristorante veramente buono, una sicurezza!⚔️???? Prezzi medio alti in coerenza con la crescita della proposta offerta ai propri affezionati clienti!????
