The room was clean and it was not noisy at all. The place is suitable for short stays for people who want experience peaceful nights while in Rome. Location was really good. Also sisters were very nice and helpful.
Cons:
I personally do not think the rooms are suitable for stays longer than 4-5 days because the room is not exactly comfortable. I had a lot of problems with the shower, it constantly kept clogging to the point water spilled everywhere in my room. Also, hot water was nonexistent, they had somewhat of a "warm" water though, if that is enough for you. The hairdryer was not working, which is a problem especially in winter as the room is quite cold, the heating was not enough. Also, they do not give proper toiletries in my opinion, keep in mind to have some with you. The breakfast is not to exaggerate about, if you like sugary European breakfast it is for you. If not there is not an alternative.
Overall I think this place can be good if you are staying in a short-term period and have a budget. Otherwise I do not recommend.
Déjeuner copieux un vrai havre de paix
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, io ho alloggiato in una singola: molto essenziale ma ideale per soggiorni brevi e per il costo; unica pecca, aver trovato dei capelli sulle lenzuola.
La colazione è essenziale ma il cortile in cui si può mangiare è davvero bello e rilassante.
Considerando tutto, lo consiglio se si vuole spendere poco e non si hanno pretese.
If you are looking ya party base then this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a peaceful oasis to relax and enjoy Rome then you have the right place.
The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and although this is a religious establishment there was no "selling of their faith". Just a good wholesome welcome.
Negativ: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage,sodass die Temperaturen im Juli nachts nicht unter 27°C in diesen Zimmern sinken und Schlaf unmöglich wird!!! Der Ventilator im Zimmer bringt da gar nichts mehr; Frühstück war eine Frechheit; Man kann das Gebäude nur bis 22:30 verlassen und betreten,danach wird der Ausgang zugesperrt, genauso wie der Garten.
La qualité du service est exceptionnelle pour le prix demandé. Le rapport qualité-prix est inégalable.
Merci pour ce séjour qui m'a permis de profiter de Rome dans les meilleures conditions.
La maison est très agréable avec grand jardin et terrasses, très bien entretenue et très propre.
Elle est très bien située entre Ste Marie Majeure et le Colisée, pas loin de la gare Termini, où arrivent les bus et le train pour les aéroports. Dans une rue tranquille, c'est le calme assuré.
Les chambres sont grandes et très claires ainsi que les salles de bains.
Deux points à considérer : il faut rentrer le soir avant 22h30 (mais cela assure le calme la nuit pour tous), le petit déjeuner est basique comme souvent en Italie (mais la salle à manger permet de faire la rencontre des autres pèlerins).
Enfin et surtout, le prix est très intéressant : chambre single avec lavabo et sdb extérieure pour 42 € et avec sdb pour 50 € ! (2012)
