HOTEL G ROUGH

We checked in and they walked us up to the room. We noticed the room was very hot. They said the AC just was on the wrong setting and it should cool in a hour.
Well we slept in a hot box that night.
We reported it again the next day. They said they were going to have someone come by that day and look at the AC. Never happened.
Slept in a hot box again.
Then we left! They said they were going to get with management about some refunds.
Nothing yet!
The sky light is a massive issue. It brings so much heat into the room. The sky light also doesn’t shut all the way which also lets heat in.
The AC unit upstairs doesn’t do anything. The one in the bedroom blows air with a slight coolness. But, no where close to being able to cool the room when it’s Italy Hot!
All in all. If your going to charge these type of rates. Just get someone over and fix it when you know a issue is happening.
Pretty simple.
We were allocated a room on the first floor which is directly above the bar. There is no sound proofing between the levels making it impossible to sleep as the bar is open until 12.00am or later.
We asked the hotel manager to turn down the music and he literally turned it up, smiled and walked back to his group of friends to party like the hotel was his personal playroom.
There are better options in Rome…stay away from this place!!!
