Prekrasna lokacija, soba u palači, doručak fantastičan, osoblje super ljubazno i vrlo profesionalno i pošteno. Bravo !!!

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro vista la vicinanza della fermata della metro "policlinico "
Posteggio auto fuori a pagamento ( tranne la domenica) 1€ l'ora. Altrimenti è possibile prenotare un posto auto all'interno della struttura.
Le camere pulite e accoglienti ( si nota che sono state ristrutturate da poco) si trovano al piano attico di una struttura che ai piani sottostanti ospita uffici , assicurazioni e studi medici. Il check in, se fatto nel pomeriggio, è completamente in autonomia ( si accede alla struttura seguendo una serie di indicazioni inviate via mail qualche gg prima ).
La colazione non prevede buffet, vengono serviti quasi esclusivamente prodotti confezionati.

Personale gentile e premuroso nel soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, stanza pulita e accogliente e con tutti i confort necessari per un ottimo soggiorno. Ci ritornerei mille volte. Consigliatissimo

Hotel dobrze usytuowany. Pokoje czyste i pachnące. W środku coś do schrupania i popicia. Pani z recepcji miła i pomocna. Polecamy w 100%.

Otel termini istasyonuna 2 durak mesafede. Önünde metro durağı ve otobüs durakları var. Ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamazsınız. Bizim kaldığımız oda çok güzeldi. İçi yeni yenilenmiş ve çok genişti. Hergün oda temizliği iyi bir şekilde yapıldı. İşletenler çok nazik ve iyi insanlar. Her sabah kahvaltısı da var pek bize hitap etmese de denedik. Roma şehir vergisi olarak gecelik kişi başı 6€ ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Hotel na dobroj lokaciji , apartman cist i uredan .
U koliko se odlucite da metroom obidjete Rim sto vam i preporucujem,sve vam je dostupno na 10 minuta voznje.Stanica od samog hotela je udaljena 3-4 minuta hoda. Doručak odličan . Ovim putem bih pozdravio svo osoblje hotela i zahvalio se na gostoprimstvu .

Buen hotel, alejado un poco del centro de Roma, lo que mejora el precio, bien comunicado con el centro por la linea B. Buena atención por parte del personal, habitación sencilla pero suficiente

What a COINCIDENCE, on the day before our flight, we noticed our electronics were gone(laptop, 2 tablets, camera). Nothing was moved out of our luggage, everything was in order, like someone knew already where they were. I left my wallet without money in the room, but it was not taken. The TV was not stolen either. Some thieves like traveling light.
There was no sign of forced entry. The owner tried to say we left it unlocked. The cleaner wouldn't have noticed the door was not locked?!
Other things that were said by the owner:
'I know that in every room there was a laptop'- I am not so sure why do we have to put on display our belongings?!
'The cleaner saw you around 13⁰⁰ and said hello to you'-We were gone from around 11⁰⁰-11³⁰. I even checked the phone location. She then changed it to "I am not so sure", with a fake empathy.
Our electronics couldn't be tracked as we used them only at home or university, and we didn't think about the worst. I could barely believe it.

In the building, there are several announcements where they say there are surveillance cameras, but they were false announcements. THERE IS NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA IN IT. It's not like the surveillance would bring our things back, but we would get some closure. There are many strangers that enter the building because there are also other businesses functioning.

If you can't improve the privacy and safety concerns, please stay out of business!! They are minimal requirements for travelers.

I wouldn't waste my money a second time in this place where too many "COINCIDENCES" happened.

PS. If you call the police, be prepared, they have A1 english level or worse! If you have a weak passport even more "amazing"????????. There is no excuse for this, after decades of modern tourism experience!!

Le stanze molto ampie con aria condizionata. La TV non prende nessun canale un soprammobile, i bagni discreti, lacolazione scadente il cornetto classica merendina confezionata e poco altro. Lo cinsiglio solo per la posizione.

La migliore struttura ricettiva da me provata a Roma. Camere semplici ma con quello che serve e sopratutto ben pulite, accoglienza piacevole e attenta alle necessità del cliente, a forse 100m dalla metro policlinico e a 15' a piedi da Termini, in zona tranquilla.
Tornerò di sicuro!

Non c'è che dire, ottima posizione, servizio ineccepibile e ciliegina sulla torta colazione sul terrazzo. Carino, pulito e discreto

3 giorni fantastici, personale gentile educato camera ampia e pulita, bagno nuovo, aria condizionata. Colazione all'italiana.
Metropolitana a 1 minuto dal albergo.
Sono stato molto soddisfatto.
Ritornerei!
Allego una foto della colazione per chi si lamenta che è scarsa. In più se vuoi ancora qualcosa basta che chiedi e ti porta senza problemi.

I am trughly desappointment of the service in this hotel and do not recomment it to anyone.
I have made a reservation via Booking and received a few recuarments to confirm the detailes of my debit card.

Also wrote to them twice to arrange this issue and to informed them the time of the arriving of me and my wife.

But suddenly the hotel just cancelled my reservervation with no explanation. In the last minute I got a new one with much more friendly service and of course paying with the same card.

It is highly unprofessionel to cancelled reservation only 4 days before the arriving that you are informed for.

3 giorni in famiglia fantastici. Camera ampia e pulita con caffè e tisane in stanza self-service. Buona colazione. Personale gentilissimo. Posizione ottima , a 50 mt dalla stazione della metropolitana

Colazione VERGOGNOSA!!! La camera discreta sia di pulizia che di comodità…..bagno in comune anch esso discreto!!! Non ci andrò mai più!

Très contente de ce petit séjour de 3 nuits, la chambre propre et spacieuse, le balcon très agréable, très bon emplacement avec un métro juste à côté.
Juste le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Ad un minuto dalla fermata metro Policlinico, zona tranquilla ma comodissima per gli spostamenti. Scesi a Termini, passeggiando abbiamo raggiunto il b&b e da lì, sempre a piedi, abbiamo fatto un giro bellissimo.
La camera mi è piaciuta molto, uno stile romantico con colazione nel terrazzo.
Lo staff a dir poco gentilissimo!
