Posteggio auto fuori a pagamento ( tranne la domenica) 1€ l'ora. Altrimenti è possibile prenotare un posto auto all'interno della struttura.
Le camere pulite e accoglienti ( si nota che sono state ristrutturate da poco) si trovano al piano attico di una struttura che ai piani sottostanti ospita uffici , assicurazioni e studi medici. Il check in, se fatto nel pomeriggio, è completamente in autonomia ( si accede alla struttura seguendo una serie di indicazioni inviate via mail qualche gg prima ).
La colazione non prevede buffet, vengono serviti quasi esclusivamente prodotti confezionati.
U koliko se odlucite da metroom obidjete Rim sto vam i preporucujem,sve vam je dostupno na 10 minuta voznje.Stanica od samog hotela je udaljena 3-4 minuta hoda. Doručak odličan . Ovim putem bih pozdravio svo osoblje hotela i zahvalio se na gostoprimstvu .
There was no sign of forced entry. The owner tried to say we left it unlocked. The cleaner wouldn't have noticed the door was not locked?!
Other things that were said by the owner:
'I know that in every room there was a laptop'- I am not so sure why do we have to put on display our belongings?!
'The cleaner saw you around 13⁰⁰ and said hello to you'-We were gone from around 11⁰⁰-11³⁰. I even checked the phone location. She then changed it to "I am not so sure", with a fake empathy.
Our electronics couldn't be tracked as we used them only at home or university, and we didn't think about the worst. I could barely believe it.
In the building, there are several announcements where they say there are surveillance cameras, but they were false announcements. THERE IS NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA IN IT. It's not like the surveillance would bring our things back, but we would get some closure. There are many strangers that enter the building because there are also other businesses functioning.
If you can't improve the privacy and safety concerns, please stay out of business!! They are minimal requirements for travelers.
I wouldn't waste my money a second time in this place where too many "COINCIDENCES" happened.
PS. If you call the police, be prepared, they have A1 english level or worse! If you have a weak passport even more "amazing"????????. There is no excuse for this, after decades of modern tourism experience!!

Allego una foto della colazione per chi si lamenta che è scarsa. In più se vuoi ancora qualcosa basta che chiedi e ti porta senza problemi.
I have made a reservation via Booking and received a few recuarments to confirm the detailes of my debit card.
Also wrote to them twice to arrange this issue and to informed them the time of the arriving of me and my wife.
But suddenly the hotel just cancelled my reservervation with no explanation. In the last minute I got a new one with much more friendly service and of course paying with the same card.
It is highly unprofessionel to cancelled reservation only 4 days before the arriving that you are informed for.
Répond au téléphone au moindre soucis.
Parle aussi bien français qu'Italien.
Chambre parfaite avec tous à disposition.

La camera mi è piaciuta molto, uno stile romantico con colazione nel terrazzo.
Lo staff a dir poco gentilissimo!
