El hotel está ubicado a 1'5 km. del Coliseo, y se puede ir andando a la gran mayoría de sitios de interés.
El personal de recepción ha sido muy amable, y todos se han defendido muy bien en nuestro idioma, explicándonos cualquier cosa que les preguntáramos.
Es un hotel de 4*, que equivale en España a uno de 3*, siendo para mi gusto un poco anticuado, pero es acorde con el estilo del lugar donde se encuentra. El baño es lo único que veo que deberían modernizar un poco. Por lo demás, todo bien.
El desayuno es muy completo y está bastante bien.
No dudaría en volver a alojarme en él.

Très chouette hôtel, bien placé, service et personnel génial.
Seul petit point négatif, l’insonorisation des chambres n’est vraiment pas top donc on entend tout et cela est très dérangent surtout quand des personnes rentrent très tard.

Adolfo was awesome. Last minute email and he saved us $100 in Taxi or Uber. Breakfast staff were courteous and friendly; Martina was great and took her time explaining the dishes for me. I could not get the A/C to work but this time of year, you can keep the window open.

Hotel très bien et bien situé gare à 10 mn a pied, tout peut se faire à pied. Bon séjour je recommande !

Staff was amazing! Very helpful in helping with directions, taxi service, and places to eat. Totally fell in love with the little pastry shop and restaurant outside of the Napoleon Hotel. great location actually booked to come back in November!

I stayed at this hotel with five friends for four nights. The hotel rooms were changed after the first night as we were given a pull out bed for an adult. The reception staff were excellent and very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean with tea making facilities. Comfortable beds. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice, just helping yourself but everything was fresh. There was some lovely statues in the hotel and a lovely bar. The location was really good for getting around Rome. We used the metro on three occasions, the ticket machines were in English and easy to use. I do remember Melvyn a staff member who was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is in a great location just steps away from the Metro but also walking distance from many places. The staff were lovely and the hotel looks very impressive from the outside. Our room was a little old fashioned and in need of an update but you are out and about from early until late and so it's not really an issue and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety to suit everyone and the cakes were especially good. I'd recommend it for anyone coming to Rome.

Cerca de la estación de Termini en Roma.
Muy buen hotel.
Comodidad y calidad en su desayuno. Desayuno tremendo y muy variado.
Dispensador de Agua en el piso.
Trato, atención muy grata. Habitacion limpia y muy bien mantenida.
Recomendamos y Volveremos al hotel Napoleón.

Hotel de muy baja calidad lo que viene a ser en España un 2 estrellas y en un sitio horrible a parte de cobrar un impuesto de 7 € por noche y persona del que no te avisan , horrible y malísimo.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Napoleon fue excelente.
La ubicación perfecta.
La habitacion amplia, limpia y confortable.
El desayuno con todo lo necesario para prepararse para las visitas por la ciudad.
El personal (recepción, desayuno, bar y limpieza) atento, amable y muy profesional. ¡Enhorabuena!

Nagyon kellemes belső. Kifogastalan kiszolgálás. Reggeli bőséges. Vacsodát is fogyasztottunk, a szereny etlapról ami várakozas feletti volt.

Great location near the main train station and a metro stop. Front desk staff was helping in calling a taxi to the airport. The breakfast that was included was nice. Room was good, but hot. Somehow I overlooked the air conditioner in the room controlled by remote and not a thermostat. Other than my mistake with that, it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

La habitación estaba genial, aunque el baño necesita una reforma. La tapa del wc se movía cuando te sentabas y la posición del grifo en la bañera no es el mejor para ducharte si tienes que arrimarse al fondo para no salpicar todo, dado q la mampara era algo pequeña.

Plenty of choices eggs scrambled or hard boiled, meats and cheeses, salad, high-end coffee machines pastries and cakes, lots of juices,and more. Just 2 steps to the metro HOWEVER ,WARE A MONEY BELT ! THE PICKPOCKETS ARE THICK AS THEIVES IN THE METRO, MOVE AWAY FROM THE METRO CAR DOOR,THEY PICK YOU AND JUMP OUT THE DOOR AS IT CLOSES.

Sehr günstig gelegenes Hotel, ca 1,2 km zum Kolosseum, 600 m zum Bahnhof, freundliche Mitarbeiter ! Kommen schon viele Jahre in dieses Hotel.

BON HOTEL

L' Hôtel est bien situé, proche du Colisée. Il est à proximité de tout.La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est gentil et le petit déjeuner est savoureux.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre spacieuse et très silencieuse (un véritable plaisir dans un hôtel complet!), la gentillesse du personnel, la situation de l'hôtel devant une bouche de métro, la délicate attention de l'hôtel qui a marqué l'anniversaire de mon mari par une surprise, l'invitation du directeur à partager et à découvrir le vin italien un soir de la semaine. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à l'hôtel Napoléon.
