Avis HOTEL PANDA Rome

A éviter absolument ! Nos chambres donnaient sur la rue et nous avions un bruit de la rue épouvantable car rue très touristique avec plein de restaurants. Pas d'ascenseur et c'est au 2eme étage ! Une de nos 2 salles de bain avait une odeur nauséabonde. Je me suis retrouvé sans eau sous la douche (minuscule). Le ventilateur des WC faisait énormément de bruit mais c'est "normal" nous a dit la personne de l'accueil. Aucune insonorisation, vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté et les pas des personnes au dessus résonnent. Franchement à éviter à tout prix ! Rapport qualité/prix nul .

In posizione centralissima, a duecento metri da piazza di Spagna e in una via con diversi ristorantini.
Camere con arredamento datato e che avrebbero bisogno di una decisa rinfrescata ed un po' di manutenzione.
Personale gentilissimo.
La nostra camera non aveva l'aria condizionata.
Posizione magica, centralissima, in zona tranquilla e piena di negozi (via del corso e via dei Condotti..).
Pulizia discreta, ma il "vecchiume" non aiuta a percepire la pulizia.

Not feel welcome in this hotel ,they don’t give attention in the customers need ,bed are really bad ,I’m going with a bad pain after few days stay , they didn’t serve us morning coffe the guy in the reception because the coffee machine was closed in other hotels they offer something in case early check out !the tap in bathroom was running like drops of water I had to use cup you can not wash your face ,noise from the fun machine of the bathroom and the electric board in the room .Prices are high for this hotel and what they offer

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé et qui a un très bon rapport qualité / prix. La literie est très confortable et les chambres sont grandes. La réceptionniste parle français et un service de conciergerie est disponible le jour du départ pour garder les bagages. Il est juste dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, et que les lieux sélectionnés pour les coupons à 5 euros soient très mauvais. Autant chercher par vous-même, les cafés ne manquent pas dans le quartier.
Attention aussi si vous avez les cheveux longs, la douche est un pommeau fixé au mur et vous passerez des bien mauvais moments en vous lavant...

Comoda la posizione vicino alla metro Spagna . Nella stessa via ci sono ristoranti tipici, un supermercato. Vicine i vari luoghi di interesse.
Personale dell'hotel gentile e disponibile. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.

給三顆星的原因是因為雖然有電梯但是無法抵達hotel門口，需要自己搬很重的行李上下樓梯，房間蠻小的，浴室也不大，地點在熱鬧的西班牙階梯附近(不過地鐵站Spagna拖行李箱非常不方便，走到地鐵platform需要走非常久，行李箱大又重的話會非常辛苦）其實不推薦住在這附近！因為酒店外面的路面是古城的石頭地板，非常難拖行李箱！

The reason for giving three stars is that although there is an elevator, it cannot reach the hotel entrance. Guests need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The room is quite small and the bathroom is not big. The location is near the famous Spanish Steps(However, it is very inconvenient to drag luggage to the Spagna metro station. It takes a long time to walk to the metro platform. It will be very difficult if the luggage is large and heavy). Actually, I do not recommend staying in this area! Because the road surface outside the hotel is made of ancient city stone, it is very difficult to drag ur luggage !

Es un pequeño hotel que se encuentra ubicado cerca de Piazza Spagna por lo cual hace que tenga una excelente ubicación en una calle muy concurrida.
La habitación era pequeña al igual que el baño pero se encontraba limpio.
Lo malo es que se escucha todo de las zonas comunes y otras habitaciones.
Tiene a disposición bebidas calientes de manera gratuita para consumir en cualquier momento.
El WiFi a veces no funcionaba de manera correcta

Hotel Panda offers a solid experience in a prime location. I stayed here in September 2023 and found myself just a quick 5-minute walk from the famous Plaza de España. The surrounding area is bursting with lively restaurants and upscale boutiques—a definite perk for those who love to explore.

The room met my expectations, offering both a king-sized and a single bed, ideal for a party of two. Storage is also decent with a provided wardrobe. However, the absence of a table and chairs as well as a finicky hairdryer could be potential drawbacks for some travelers.

One caveat: If you've got heavy luggage, prepare yourself for a bit of a climb, as the hotel lacks an elevator and our room was situated on the third floor.

One final note: If you're looking for dining options, you'll find plenty in the area. However, I would caution against dining at the adjacent Ristorante - Re Degli Amici, as their lack of transparent pricing was a disappointment.

In September of 2023 my husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Panda. We are Americans, but spent a couple of months learning Italian before our trip.

At the reception desk, Mel was incredibly helpful. He gave us advice on using the train, dealing with taxis, and many other things we had questions about. He even indulged our curiosity about him as a person sharing stories about himself and Italian culture.

The hotel itself was about 3 flights of stairs up from the street with no elevator. This was a challenge with luggage, but doable.

The location is incredible. A close walk to most things you want to see. The only time we needed a taxi was when moving our luggage.

The room was a loft style. There was a queen bed downstairs, a shower partway up the stairs, and the toilet, sink, and a twin bed upstairs.

The room had a window facing a busy street. You could hear loud conversations from the restaurants on the street and the musicians entertaining the tourists. With some ear plugs and white noise, the street sounds were easily blocked out and I got good sleep. There are wood panels and curtains on the window, so if you prefer it is possible to avoid getting natural light in the room.

The shower was tiny. Probably a foot and a half square.. maybe two feet square if I'm being generous. I hit my elbows constantly as I showered. I am an average height average/for build and I was able to shower, but, for example, shaving my legs would have been impossible. A larger person would not be able to shower.

The toilet room is separate from the sink and has a bidet.

Overall, I thought this was a very good hotel and a very good location. I would stay there again on my future trips to Rome, but I would plan better for the slight inconveniences.

Regarding breakfast, I cannot recommend more highly the cafe called Dami. A short walk down the block, but very good espresso (I'm a snob about coffee), and very good pastries.

המיקום של המלון מושלם. חדר ומקלחת מאוד קטנים אבל יש הכל ונקי. שרות מצוין . יש בלובי קפה ותה. ממליצה בחום על המקום!
Отличное расположение отеля. Комната и душевая маленькие, но есть все необходимое. Хорошое обслуживание. Есть кофе и чай в лобби. Очень рекомендую отель!
