4月的羅馬已經很熱, 但歐洲很多餐廳及飯店的冷氣都很弱, 而Best Western Plus Hotel的冷氣就非常足夠, 讓我們走完一天行程後, 能得到很好的休息

Check-in時的職員非常有禮, 給我們很好的第一印象

飯店離Terimini車站不遠, 附近亦有很多高質素的餐廳

是我在意大利入住過最滿意的飯店

I like the hotel - clean, quiet, friendly staff, really good breakfast. One thing is I had an odd feeling about the shower - everything was so clean and modern but shower was kinda old and leaking. Other then that We had a great experience with the hotel - close to Termini, a lot of restaurants around, close to Metro.

Trascorso 3 GG, personale gentile,posizione strategica, unico neo volevo cenare in terrazza 8 piano , ma come location non ha niente a vedere come ristorante, ho desistito.

O quarto é bem diferente do quarto confort que é vendido na Booking. Extremamente apertado. Além disso, em andar baixo como nos acomodaram (3° andar) o quarto estava sempre cheio de mosquitos e pernilongos, sem contar a alergia provocada pelo carpete. As paredes e cortinas também precisam de cuidado e limpeza.

Very strategic location! Near by the train and bus station, surrounded by affordable delicious food. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Monica at the breakfast restaurant, Christian and Mighel at front office and many more are super helpful.
Bed is quite comfortable but the bathroom are exceptional. They provide many kinds of towels for various purposes. Lots of places to hang the towels. Love it.
Also, try to drop by to the rooftop, calm ambiance to chill with wine and have chit chat

Room is quite well equipped, tidy and clean. The bed is comfortable but pillows provided as standard are Rock hard. We had requested feather pillows but these were not provided on arrival. However, the hotel quickly remedied this the following morning. There's a small gym and a sauna and steam room. Use of these have to be arranged via reception as they're only switched on when requested. Location is quite good. About 20-25 minute walk to Collosseum and other attraction in old Rome centre.
There's also a roof top bar which is only open in the evenings. Quite pleasant place for a quiet drink or two. No thumping music or other distractions. Only the quiet him from the city below.

Room was perfect except the beds are not comfortable. Two bathrooms and showers in one room, very nice for family. Breakfast is good.

Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer, super hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Bahnhof und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider bringt die Bahnhofsnähe auch wie in jeder Großstadt das Manko der vielen Obdachlosen mit sich und generell könnten die umliegenden Straßenzüge sauberer sein (dafür kann aber sich das Hotel nichts. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Rome…Hotel suite was amazing with 2 story loft and and balcony located 1 mile from the coliseum and blocks fr the subway. Places to eat all within walking distance and would definitely come back.

We had a great stay in Best Western Plus Hotel Universo. It’s what you expect from a 4-star hotel. We had a smooth check-in; the reception was helpful and allowed us to transfer rooms when I requested for a room at a higher floor. Room was clean and well-lit. The linens and towels were great. The aircon in the hotel cant be switched on for cooling, but after moving cities around Italy, such is a norm anyway. We opened the windows when we needed the room to be cooler. Checkout was fast. The location is great as its a short walk away from Roma Termini. Hotel is old but it’s how we wanted our hotels in Europe.

Great stay! Walking distance to the Termini station and Republic Square, lots of eateries including a Chinese restaurant
Rooms were small but comfortable

Sono più di dieci anni che vado a Roma per lavoro e tutte le volte cerco di prenotare all'Universo perchè è comodissimo alla stazione Termini, è accogliente, ha camere comode ed eleganti con una ricca colazione a buffet. Buono anche il livello del ristorante interno: pochi piatti ma di qualità con personale gentilissimo.

Good and clean hotel, minutes away from metro and Roma Termini (train station). The restaurant is not bad, but a little overpriced, but there are quite a few diners in the area.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Termini et à la fois à 10 minutes du centre. Le hall de réception est tout à fait à la hauteur de la prestigieuse chaîne des Best Western. Très propre et moderne.
