This was my second stay at this lovey hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The staff greeted me warmly and I felt cared for and welcomed. My room was spacious, clean, well appointed with a spectacular view of the Pantheon and square. I love the fact the windows open with no screens. You can’t beat the location!

We stayed in the mini apartment for 5 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. I recommend taking time to enjoy the spread. The pineapple juice and orange juice were incredible. The fruit was very fresh and the meats and cheeses were excellent. Get there early for the donuts!

The staff was very helpful and nice. They made us feel very welcome!

The location was great. Right next to the Pantheon.

This hotel was well above our expectations with extremely clean rooms, and very friendly yet professional staff at every turn. They go way beyond normal duties to ensure your stay is most enjoyable with most staff speaking English very well.
The room was very clean and spacious by Rome city standards, and there was a delicious and varied breakfast served every day. We selected this location due to its central proximity to most all of the historic sites that you must see when in Rome. The Pantheon is fifty feet across the square with Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps in easy walking distance. In fact, we were able to easily walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum and most all other sites with the longest walk being about 20 minutes. Ideal location for us. We highly recommend this hotel. There is a rooftop seating area providing rare views of the city and the top of the Pantheon that during season serves snacks and refreshments. You are able to use the rooftop all year long on your own to create your own picnic or ambience.

The Albergo del Senato is a wonderful centrally located hotel. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast every morning is delicious with eggs, bacon, meats and cheeses, sweets and breads. There are always vegetarian and gluten free options. We stayed in the Junior Suite and looked right out on the Pantheon. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Rome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Albergo del Senato. Each and every member of the staff is wonderful! They could not be more kind or willing to help! The room itself, and the bathroom, is so well appointed, space wisely used, and very comfortable with excellent care taken to maintain their high standards.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. Good location, very large and comfortable suite room, kind and helpful staff and quite good breakfast. This hotel is very close to Pantheon, you can go everywhere easily. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of Pantheon. I would rate 5 stars but unfortunately the staff didn’t fix the clogged sink issue even though I told them. I added a photo of the clogged sink. Maybe they should consider using liquid soap instead of solid soap.

Nous avons voyagé en famille mon fiance et nos enfants et c etait plus que memorable. Tout etait tres bien: de la suite penthouse au petit dejeuner , la radio sympa dans la chambre petit plus avec RTL qui a joué de la musique divine, le personnel extra coucou special a Gigi le bagagiste, l'emplacement incroyable avc notre chambre vu sur le Pantheon, la proprete....tout bien...on reviendra

Location Location Location! Lovely authentic Italian Hotel. Very comfortable bedrooms. Lovely staff & a great breakfast selection. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rome.

By far, Del Senato is our absolute favorite place to stay in Roma! The courtesy of the staff is so refreshing and the spectacular rooftop terrace is a must-see!

The rooms and bathrooms have been very nicely refurbished over the years but unfortunately some have their windows to a tiny inner courtyard wich leaves them quite dark and difficult to aerate and without the spectacular view you expect when you stay at this marvelous piazza.

Best location right in the middle of all the best sites in Rome. Service was friendly and attentive. It can get a bit noisy at night during the weekend due to the location right by the Pantheon.

The location was perfect as was the hotel. The staff are wonderful especially Luca & Daniele. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great location steps from the Pantheon. Friendly staff and well appointed, clean rooms. There's a great rooftop balcony overlooking the city, with a bar available during summer (no bar on the rooftop when we went in March, but we could take wine up there from the bar in the lobby). Breakfast was good as well.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we cannot speak the praises of it highly enough. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, convenience, and most especially the location are absolutely superb. The only minor criticism I would offer is the showerheads (at least was in our room) are of the "rain shower" type which are little consolation after a long, hard day of walking around the city. Would rather have had something that was able to deliver a more theraputic/massaging water stream rather than a trickle, but this is more of a personal choice I suppose rather than a glaring fault.

Beautiful friendly Hotel. Situated right opposite the Pantheon, in the square. So central, you can walk to all the sites easily. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view of Rome. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Albergo senato location is unbeatable! Amenities at this 3 star hotel resemble 5 star hotels, plush towels, robes, slippers, kettle in the room, fine toiletries etc. The breakfast is adequate but not 5star which wasn’t expected. All staff are lovely with the exception of front desk who a bit condescending and put out when asked to help. Easy to overlook with this exceptional hotel!
