Perfect location for walking distance access to all major things Roma! The staff was friendly. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs for us Americans. Taxis can drop you at the door, which is a plus for Rome.

Superbe ! Nous avons passé en famille un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout y est parfait : propreté impeccable, le personnel est efficace, professionnel et très gentil, la chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et disposait même d'un jacuzzi. Tv dernier cri avec Netflix, etc. Le quartier est très bien situé : proche arrêts de bus, 10-15 min du panthéon, nombreux bistrots à proximité. Bref, nous avons été ravis et c'est dans ce lieu que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite à Rome.
C'était parfait !

An absolute gem! Stayed with the family for 6 nights. The room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and the location can not be beat! Was able to walk to absolutely all major attractions! Just an overall great experience. Will stay again!

La struttura Relais Giulia a Roma è stata l’esperienza più brutta in assoluto.
Non solo scordesi ma incapaci di gestire le situazioni. Dalle 20 di ieri sera siamo rimasti senza corrente e elettricità e quindi acqua calda fino alla 8 di stamattina.
Il numero di emergenza ieri sera mi ha detto” se riesco passo ma dubito”.
Non considerando il fatto che è stato impossibile lavarsi, caricare il telefono o dormire al caldo e che dovevamo muoverci in camera con le torce del telefono, ovviamente anche l’ascensore era fuori uso.
Quindi ci siamo dovute fare le scale con i bagagli e non oso pensare se ci fosse stato una persona con disabilità in struttura.
Stamattina al reclamo ci è stato risposto” vi possiamo offrire la colazione, c è anche il cappuccino”.
Disgustate abbiamo lasciato le valigie alla receptionist per un paio di ore che le ha lasciate nel corridoio di entrata, facilmente accessibile dalla strada e senza supervisione contando che ogni volta che hai bisogno di lei, sei costretto a bussare più volte a una camera che non è la sua postazione e che non ha visibilità sulle valigie che lei ha lasciato quindi incostudite.
Richiediamo il rimborso totale perché io non pago per stare senza luce, senza acqua, al freddo e pure trattata male.

Had an amazing stay here. The rooms were clean and really beautiful, the staff were superb and very helpful, it was on a very quiet street but still within walking distance all major tourist spots plus awesome restaurants.

Really great location, friendly service, nice rooms. We stayed for a week and it was a very nice stay. Everything is close by and you can book most tours in reception. Loved the door lock, no key needed, just a code!

We stayed here for four nights in a deluxe room.
It was a little tired with scuffs on the walls, mould around bathroom fittings, bathroom fittings loose, no full length mirror.
However, our two biggest problems were no consistent hot water and a lack of plug sockets.
We tried to have baths and showers during our stay and each time the water was scolding hot for the first minute and then slowly got colder and colder.
We could only find two plug sockets in the room. There were none either side of the bed or near the kettle.
Other things to note is they quote €60 for a taxi to the airport. The taxis in Italy have a fixed fare of just €30 to the airports or there is a shuttle bus/train from the main airport terminal to train station in Rome for €2.70.
We decided to grab breakfast on the go to save the €10 per person charge.
It was in a very central and quiet location

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld, ganz einfacher Buchungsvorgang. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet.

Wir sind mit einem Hund angereist.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und Cafés.

Die Lage ist top, zwischen Vatikan und altem Rom alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. Room was so spacious. Beautiful decor. High ceilings. Beautiful balcony with two chairs and table. Big tub! Romantic setting. Great location! Close to market and other sites. Loved it!!

Schnuckeliges Hotel in bester Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, dennoch ruhig. Preis-Ort-Leistung ist unschlagbar für Rom und das Personal an Rezeption und im Housekeeping superbemüht und liebesnwürdig.
Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen und zum Essen in die Osteria Luci in cucina oder ins i Sofà gehen.

Een prima locatie om Rome te bezoeken! De kamers zijn proper en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Wifi, airco, ... Het ontbijt is wat beperkter, maar er is opnieuw alles wat je nodig hebt.

Power went out near night before we left to eat dinner. Didnt think much of it until 2 HOURS LATER when it was still off. leaving us unavailable to use the AC, the shower heater was off and we were left with cold water and the elevator was down making us use the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Honestly wish they had at least one staff left overnight to fix things. Careful when you book here

Room was very small which can be expected. AC did not seem to work and television was stuck on Japanese Netflix. Bathroom is small, shower was so tight. Friendly staff and perfect location to bus stop

Great location. The 4th floor room we got was quaint and spacious. The wooden furniture and decor beautifully blend together with the ancient-looking walls and windows.

Such a charming, perfectly located hotel! The hotel is on a quiet street - no morning noise!! Everything was perfect, no problems with the automatic check in. Feels much fancier than expected. We didn’t want to leave - thank you so much Relais Guilia!!
