Important note: the water bottles in room are $10 each. They put them under the lamp between beds that covers the top of the bottle that has a little sticker with the price. We had a group of 10 people and no one saw it until over $150 was spent between all our rooms. Also - I had an almost full bottle and they took it and put an unopened one I had to then pay for again. Really sneaky tactic.
Staff is friendly. That’s the only positive I can share.

Probably more privacy needed between the room itself and the shower though.
Good morning, today was the second time we have to be in your Hotel for business matters, the person Oscar Cabrera is one of your workers, let me tell you this is the worst customer service, this person is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, extremely arrogant, for second time we receive the awful experience with your hotel and it’s was thanks to Oscar Cabrera.We are a business person and I don’t think this is good for this Prestigious Hotel. I hope you take care of this situation. Thank you and have a good day.
Do not fall for the water placed in your room like it would be a complimentary water, you will be charged ridiculous $10 per bottle later, without any information about this. You will find on your bill them to be part of "mini-bar".
