Muy buena habitación, gym completo, estación de core en la habitación. Canales para hacer clases de ejercicio dirigidas. Cerca al aeropuerto y la terminal de tren y metro

I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours, and was fortunate to get a room at Even. The hotel was clean and had all the necessities. Even had a small workout area in the room (exercise ball, yoga accessories, exercise bands). Food was usual hotel food. Easy access to shuttle to and from the airport was also a plus.

We went to that hotel because my son was join the Military and that’s the reunion place , is very clean and nice, we stop by the restaurant and bar and Miguel the waitress was so nice and helpful, he really make my day peaceful and relaxed , I will highly recommend this place and of course Miguel.

There website says pet friendly but THEY ARE NOT. They only allow services dog so if your looking for your normal dog keep looking!

Nice place to stay if your work is nearby. It is modern. Close to the airport. Close to my work.

They don't clean the room during your stay. Maybe I did not understand their policy.

We waited for the shuttle buses at the airport for almost 2 hours (no one wouldn't answer at the hotel desk) The check in process was easy however waiting in line was very long The room was clean smelled good all the appliances were unplugged the electrical socket for the microwave didn't work so we had to move the microwave to another socket to use it The pressure in the shower was very poor The restaurant there was average and service was good and food average

Do not book at this hotel. The housekeeping is very horrible. They never come like they are supposed to. And I booked and left my purse and jacket and a bag and it had cash okay I came and called they said house keeping never reported anything missing so that’s very untrustworthy. I left even brand new lotions which I don’t care about but any. Hotel whether 5 stars or even 1star I’ve always gotten my things back. I do not like this at all and just want my things that’s really crucial

I stayed here two years ago and boy has it changed. They are not up keeping the hotel very well. It use to be very clear and new things are deteriorating quickly. The bottom of my daughters feet were black from walking on the carpet in our room. The carpet was very dirty to the point we had to wear shoes inside our room. There were many stains on the walls. Staff was kind over all

Great hotel option. Service and staff were great. Hotel has very nice amenities including an outdoor pool, large games (chess, Jenga, connect four, etc.). Rooms were nice and clean. Very close to the airport with a shuttle that runs 24x7 (every 30 minutes).

Has a great shuttle although I've never used. Parking is fantastic - park right on the floor you're staying on. Love the bar - the ladies Kayla and Evelyn were there both years and they have been great! Ms. Brown was a machine. They were short staffed and she jumped in where needed.
One con was that there doesn't seem to be secure access to the pool. There were a couple of guys (non-guests) having their own party at the pool afterhours. When security arrived, they were able to get them out.

Guest services were great. Daniel and the manager lady were so sweet. We booked a day use from 10am-7pm and, and everything was great.

Rooms were clean and service in the restaurant was great they helped to fill dietery needs. Location is great for the airport and getting to the cruise port, fairly isolated as far as food and stores. Great place to use as a stop point to and from the cruise port without having a vehicle

T. Brown at front desk checked us in at 10:30pm. She was super rude. It’s one thing to explain and say what can or cannot be done, but another thing to keep cutting me off and being rude with her response. I’m asking to figure out my reservation issue, she at first provided me the wrong information and then blamed me that I didn’t hear correctly, when 4 other people were listening as well. Did not bother to mention about our free breakfast, had to call & ask after I got to my room and was told there were no vouchers to provide at the moment. Overall, there was no “customer service” from T. Brown. Please provide better training or find better employees.

Room is lovely though! Shuttle bus was great and the driver was super kind!

Nos demoraron el vuelo y pasamos la noche en este hotel. El estructura del hotel está buena pero no tiene buen mantenimiento ni limpieza. Llegamos y estuvimos mas de 25min para realizar el check in, lo mismo con la cena y el desayuno. El personal poco profesional, lento y torpe. El shuttle al aeropuerto vino 20 min tarde. No lo recomiendo para nada. Fue una mala experiencia, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Didn’t start well with the phone call to see about the shuttle times. The recording said every 30 minutes then said to contact the front desk and let them know. Front desk kinda rude but to the point. Anyway got to hotel, and yes we were a little early for check in but was told for $30 more we could check in or wait 1hr and 1/2 and then check in. We had nothing to do really so we sat and waited in the lobby area. I mean if your room is ready…..They had some water with some kinda flavor not great, but wet. Pool pic on the website is laughable. Small pool that we passed on. Small restaurant with limited menu, kinda pricey but it worked. Room was great, cool air, hot shower, nice bed! Don’t try to go to sleep before 10pm the airport noise will not be your friend. They do offer a shuttle to the port for a $$ but about the going rate. We noticed there was an extra charge on our bill for something we did not eat in the restaurant. We tried to get it straightened out before we caught the shuttle to the port. Upon returning to the airport, my wife called and explained the issue. We sent over copies of the bill and copies of the receipts for the meals. We will see what the outcome is and update. Currently I think it’s a mixup and they will refund us…update we sent the receipts to the email provided and still waiting an answer. Now 14 Feb and still nothing.
Ok we’ve emailed receipts of our room and meals that we ate there.
It’s now 13 Mar and we’ve still heard nor seen anything from this establishment. I plan to just write it off at this point because the longer the amount of time goes by the less you care. We visit Miami often and will never stay again. If you can’t take the time to address an issue you have, I won’t take the time and stay with you again. I hope that anyone reading this will make other plans as well. Very poor management and customer service.

Unser Hotel für zwei Nächte nach unserem Aufenthalt in Costa Rica. Nahe dem Flughafen, fußläufig in 15 Minuten und dann mit dem MIA-Mover bis zu den Terminals. Schönes Zimmer, gute Betten, zufriedenstellendes Bad. Man sollte den Zettel, den man mit dem Schlüssel erhält, gut durchlesen um zu erfahren, dass man den Zimmerservice extra anfordern muss (Zimmer reinigen, Kaffe nachfüllen...). Der eigentlich schöne Außenbereich ist durch den nahen Flughafen recht lärmgeplagt. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, typisch amerikanische Küche, ist halt für uns Europäer durch Tipp und Steuern und Gebühren teuer. Das Frühstück ist besser als erwartet, der Kaffee auch. Vielleicht 200m entfernt gibt es ein Pick Up, wir haben online bestellt und allerbestes asiatisches Essen nach 10 Minuten abgeholt! Wer sparen will muss das probieren!

The motel was clean, the room was clean and catching the shuttle from the airport and back was easy. I had a great salad in the restaurant. The problem happened when I left and realized I had left my AirPods in the room. I called multiple times over a period of days but the phone just rang and rang. When someone finally picked up, I was told I had to call back in the morning and speak with housekeeping. I left a message with housekeeping but they did not return my call. I sent them an email but did get a response. I realize the housekeepers were probably more than happy to keep my AirPods; that’s what I get for leaving them behind. But it should not be that hard to get someone to answer the phone or reply to a voice message or email. I would not recommend this motel for that reason.
